Okay this absolutely surprised us in the BEST way. We jokingly call the green light the “dust finder light” because it exposes EVERYTHING hiding on the floors 😭 The amount of dust, hair, and random debris this vacuum picks up is honestly wild, especially with a dog in the house. Every time we use it, we end up saying “where did all of this even come from?! ” The suction power is STRONG and it glides really nicely across our floors and rugs without feeling heavy or clunky. The anti-tangle brush has also been a huge plus with pet hair. Battery life has been solid for us and the bendable wand makes it so much easier to get under furniture without throwing out your back. Honestly, this vacuum can go toe-to-toe with the big name brands and give them a real run for their money. For the price, performance, and features, we’ve been super impressed. One of those purchases that makes cleaning weirdly satisfying 😂

This Ultenic vacuum has really strong suction and picks up pet hair and dirt easily. The brush doesn't get tangled with hair, which saves a lot of time, and the battery lasts long enough to clean my whole house on one charge. My favorite part is the handle that bends in the middle. It makes it so simple to clean under the couch and bed without having to lean over or move heavy furniture. It is very lightweight and works great for the car and stairs too!

Solid wireless vacuum overall. It’s lightweight, easy to use, and the cordless design makes cleaning more convenient. Suction is good for everyday messes. Battery life is decent and gets through most of a quick clean. Overall, a great option.

Efficient hard floor vacuum! Lightweight, easy to use, and compact storage. Would have given 5 stars if the battery life was longer. Approximately 15 minutes of vacuuming time on turbo setting.

Initially I received a machine with a defective powerhead. While I liked the suction power, without a functioning powerhead, the vac was not of much use and I rated it as two stars. Ultenic reached out to me and sent a new machine. With the functioning powerhead I've rerated my experience as 5 stars. This is a well performing cleaner. I also own a Dys-V8 which I like. The Ultenic performs as well as the Dys-V8. I have vacuumed my entire home (5 carpeted rooms and 5 rooms with plank flooring). I only used the normal setting which to me is equivalent to the Dys-V8. It took 17 minutes . I still had 18 minutes left of battery power. The powerhead handled the carpet and hard surfaces. Not having to change a powerhead for the two different surfaces is a big plus. The green floorlights are excellent for highlighting the dirt ahead of the powerhead. Critics make too much of the battery life when on the max power setting. This is a just a fact when asking a machine to produce more power. My Dys-V8 only lasts for 6 minutes when on max power. Overall, the Ultenic vac is a great deal at this price point. This machine should be a top consideration for those looking for a cordless vac.

I bought two of these, one in October 2026 and one in January 2026 and both have issues with charging. The batteries discharge abnormally fast especially once you put them on the stronger level of suction, they don't even last one minute and they die. I like the bending ability so that it can go under the couch but not enough to convince me to rate it more than 1 star. I guess I got what I paid for. I should have listened to the negative reviews of this item.

Ho comprato la Ulyenic U20 a luglio, e sono pienamente soddisfatta di questo acquisto. Più che un'aspirapolvere è una scopa elettrica di ottima qualità. Questo è positivo, in quanti, l'assenza di filo, permette di pulire in ogni punto della casa, e la lunga durata della ricarica della batteria, mi permette di aspirare il pavimento di tutta la mia casa di 120 mq. Ha tre livelli di aspirazione molto potenti. Questa aspirapolvere è leggera, comoda, pratica e maneggevole da usare. Punti a favore sono sicuramente la potente aspirazione, la luce verde che mette in evidenza ogni briciola e il manico pieghevole, comodo per pulire sotto ogni mobile. Comoda anche per le piccole superfici, con l'elemento removibile e la bocchetta stretta con la spazzola, utile per pulire il divano e i tessuti. Serbatoio molto capiente e facile da smontare e pulire. La spazzola che aspira, ha un sistema in cui non si attorcigliano i peli e i capelli, anch'essa comoda da smontare è pulire. Il filtro EPA ottimo, e facile da smontare e pilulire. Nel complesso facile manutenzione e utilisso. Ottimo anche il supporto per appenderla al muro, ma sta in piedi anche da sé. In conclusione, è un ottimo prodotto con grandi prestazioni di qualità a poco prezzo. La consiglio!

Super Saugleistung und extrem handlich – eine echte Erleichterung! ​Nachdem mein alter Staubsauger mit Kabel endgültig den Geist aufgegeben hat, wollte ich unbedingt auf ein kabelloses Modell umsteigen. Nach einiger Recherche bin ich beim Ultenic U20 gelandet und habe den Kauf bisher keine Sekunde bereut. ​Was mir sofort positiv aufgefallen ist, ist das geringe Gewicht. Er lässt sich super leicht manövrieren, selbst wenn man mal die Spinnweben an der Decke absaugen will oder die Treppen hochmuss. Trotzdem fühlt sich das Material wertig an und nicht nach billigem Plastik. Die Saugleistung hat mich ehrlich gesagt überrascht: Auf Hartböden reicht meistens schon die mittlere Stufe völlig aus, um Krümel und Staub direkt beim ersten Mal aufzunehmen. ​Ein echtes Highlight für mich sind die LED-Lichter an der Bodendüse. Man glaubt gar nicht, wie viel Staub man auf dunklem Boden übersieht, bis dieses Licht ihn sichtbar macht – das ist gleichermaßen erschreckend wie befriedigend beim Putzen! Auch die Akkulaufzeit ist für meine 80-m²-Wohnung absolut ausreichend. Ich schaffe locker die ganze Wohnung und habe am Ende immer noch Puffer. ​Die Leerung des Staubbehälters ist hygienisch und unkompliziert gelöst, man bekommt keine schmutzigen Hände. Auch das Zubehör, das mitgeliefert wird, ist sinnvoll und lässt sich schnell wechseln, um zum Beispiel das Sofa oder die Ecken im Auto auszusaugen. ​Insgesamt ein top Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Er ist leise, saugstark und sieht dazu noch schick aus. Wer nicht hunderte Euro für die bekannten Premium-Marken ausgeben will, findet hier eine absolut gleichwertige Alternative. 5 Sterne von mir!

Franchement, ce que je retiens de l’aspirateur Ultenic U20, c’est surtout sa puissance et sa facilité d’utilisation. Il aspire vraiment bien, même les saletés incrustées ou les poils d’animaux, sans que je doive passer dix fois au même endroit. J’apprécie aussi beaucoup son côté pratique, notamment le tube pliable qui me permet d’aller facilement sous les meubles sans me casser le dos. En plus, il est léger et maniable, donc agréable à utiliser au quotidien. L’éclairage à l’avant est un vrai plus, parce que ça aide à voir la poussière qu’on ne remarque pas forcément. Et au final, je trouve qu’il offre des performances proches de modèles beaucoup plus chers, tout en restant accessible. C’est clairement un appareil efficace, moderne et pratique qui me simplifie vraiment le ménage. Et je me réjouis de recevoir la petite brosse pour un usage encore plus parfait.

The performance is great with the floor and carpets but it could be better for soffa and corners with additional accessories. The suction power could be better.

I did a little research on stick vacs, and although I did not know this brand, I looked on their website and the product reviews. Not a lot of information, however, I decided (based on other amazon customer reviews) that I would purchase. Have used it several times now and I am completely happy. The vac has good suction (I have a dog and two cats and lots of dust and sand), cleans well and the battery life is very good. (I can do my entire downstairs ceramic tile floor at least 3 times on one charge and it is quite a large area.) The green light is an added bonus - really shows up the dirt, dust and hair very well!!!
