Using Gummies for vitamins has changed my life because it was always difficult for me to swallow pills. Now I take my gummy vitamins as sort of an after dinner dessert. I no longer miss taking them, they taste great, and I’m doing what I’m supposed to do.

Taste is great but don’t over use it. It’s a great flavor and a gummy. But you will find it’s hard to stop overeating them. Quality seems excellent.

Tastes really good. I keep it in my refrigerator to avoid the gummies sticking together. Seems like the vitamin d is pretty good quality.

Love these are 5000 iu and contain k2 which is important to pair with D3. Lots of bonus ingredients, too, which makes it multi duty. No added sugars and no artificial sweeteners. Very pleased with formula. I guess the only thing I might would change is adding in MK4 as well to make it more well-rounded since there is some debate over which K2 version is most beneficial. I do believe other countries prescribe MK4 to help with osteoporosis so I would assume it is a heavy duty lifter in shuttling calcium which is why you need the K2 in the first place. But, other than that I have no complaints about the gummies. They taste well enough and the texture is doable (not like a gummy bear but doesn't stick to my teeth either).
