I have tried other brands of Sea Moss but keep coming back to "Karibbean Flavours" as I feel the quality is superior to others....The health benefits are amazing & now I am making fruit infused sea moss for friends & family...Sea Moss gel is also excellent to use as a facial...From now on I will stick with this company because I know I can't find a better quality Sea Moss than this. I now purchase their sea moss in the 1lb bag as I use so much of it & its a better price break...I am so surprised with the negative reviews, it certainly has not been my experience and also not from the people & clients I have referred to this company...This sea moss is defiantly not fake or grown in a pool, that's just ridiculous! The nasty comments are probably from competitors wanting to trash a great company....One tip I have learned when soaking your sea moss is to add the juice of real lemon to the water.

I love this sea moss. This is my first time buying sea moss and I love the way this sea moss looks and its clean. I did wash it 3 times just to rinse out any salt out of it. This is a great brand. I was buying already made sea moss gel to take it got a little expensive for me. I watched many vidoes on YouTube how to make sea moss gel. Very easy to make. I made some mango and dates sea moss gel. It had a little smell but I did use lime while it soaked and the smell was gone. Taste great also. The texture of the sea moss was great just like sea weeds in the ocean. I am a happy customer 😊 only thing is I live here in California where it's about 100 degrees right now and the sea moss bag inside was sweaty when delivered to me. I took it out and stored it in a different bag so it wouldn't mold. Thank you seller. I hope I keep getting the same grade of sea moss please don't change it. I haven't used this product yet. I just washed it to remove any sand and extra salt. So what I thought immediately is that this must be pool grown because it smell like I swimming in the pool or at the gym's pool area. The second thing I didn't like is that they never tell you where they actually got there sea moss nor can you find on their website. They only show you water of place where they say the place is hidden around or near but you don't see what their sea moss look like. I'm not giving this a negative review because I do know that there isn't fake sea moss. There wild caught, farm raised and what people seem to get is pool grown. There are 5 different ocean so unless you have visited all of them and seen all the different types of sea moss around the world, know one can say it's fake but instead it's not what you are use to from your home or wherever you use to get your. Basically, I do expect some difference and similarities. That being said it could be a good product. Plus I already bought it so I will use it. Also, it's better than any pharmaceutical and I will still benefit from it's properties. I still want to try the real wild caught sea moss, but this will do too. I would rather have this than take questionable multivitamins and Minerals.

My son has been telling me about Irish Sea Moss for months, finally he sent me a video showing me how to turn the actual moss into gel. I looked around on Amazon, and somehow I decided to purchase Karibbean Flavour’s product. I didn’t really know what to expect after reading the negative reviews, but I took a chance. After receiving my purchase I couldn’t wait to use it. So I rewatched the video and did exactly what the young lady in the video did to prepare my sea moss for blending, I let it soak in the refrigerator in water and lime juice for 24 hours. I kept watching it and it began to expand. Once my soaking time was complete, I poured off the water, put it in my Vitamix and added alkaline water. It blended up very nicely, and I got a smooth gel. 3 ounces blended up into 16 ounces of gel for me. I tasted it and it was bland, I could taste faint hints of lime, which I didn’t mind. I was also able to remove literally 99.999% of it from my blender— which was a first. Today I used 2Tbs in my smoothie. I could not taste it, but I can say my smoothie was “smoother”. I noticed a difference in hands and fingers they felt better, I am not sure if it was real or psychosomatic😳. But thus far I have not been disappointed, it’s only day one. I am positively hoping for wonderful results from using this. I will amend my review as time goes on. Ok, it’s been about 2 weeks now, I just made my second batch today. I added just a tad more alkaline water to my blender and wow! I got another nice thick batch of sea moss, but about 22 oz this time. I didn’t scrape the blender clean this time because I was about to make my smoothie. It was again smooth. So initially I wondered if what I was feeling in my hands and fingers was psychopathic— it is not. I’ve used the sea moss daily but missed 2 days and I felt a difference in my hands, fingers, and in particular, my left thumb. My thumb was stiff and my fingers felt puffy. I have been sewing a lot, and when I do hand stitching I noticed my fingers were not as agile. I am still sticking with my 5 star review. I think this is an excellent brand of sea moss. I have absolutely no complaints. I would definitely buy this again. There is one thought I’d like to throw in here before I go... I read that we should allow our sea moss gel to “breathe” and so we should not put a closed lid on the jar, I doubled 2 sheets of paper towel and a rubber band to keep my jar covered the in the fridge. It seemed like it evaporated quickly— I am wondering about this. So this time around I am just going to keep it tightly covered with the lid to the jar and see if it makes a difference. If it does or doesn’t I will make one last amendment to my review if this product. And let me just reiterate, I’m loving this, would recommend it, and am sticking with 5 stars👍🏽👍🏽

I will admit this was my first time buying sea moss and I was a little skeptical because of the smell but I have sense order from another vendor and found the same oder (some what like hot vinyl or plastic) which may have something to do with storage. But I think this brand was best as far as value it also has easy instructions on making it a gel which i didn’t think would be so simple. I prefer this way because I feel with most powdered products manufacturers add anti caking and clumping agents but I’m sure all of the minerals are still there the taste took some getting use to but honestly I didn’t notice it anymore after a week I can feel the difference in energy and I notice I don’t have as big of an appetite during the day after a morning smoothie. I definitely recommend it to anyone looking to add energy and nutrition to their diet.

Warning this item is non- refundable. The shelf life on this product has obviously expired!! I opened it to find black mold or black fungus growing within it. Unhealthy, unsafe and unusable!! BEWARE HEALTH HAZARD. Photos attached

On the fence this 3 stars. This was my first sea moss purchase/prep and the gel turned out as expected. I never watched tutorials on making this...just my friend's instructions to wash and rinse several times, soak overnight, and blend with water as needed. Easy peasy. It did plump up...other reviews complaining must not have given it enough time. Is this good moss? I can't say. It did not smell like the ocean as I was told it would. I don't think it smells like chlorine as in other reviews but like preservatives in bagged lettuce. Their description clearly states it comes sea salted, which is used as a natural preservative. If this sea moss is nutritious, it's a good value for the money. As far as shipping and packaging, it was very good but with others complaints keep in mind Amazon warehouses are storing, picking and packing. UPDATE: DAY 1 &2 gave me energy and reduced appetite so something is working.

I am a repeat customer and have purchased this exact product multiple times. If I am able I will go back and add a photo. If you are looking for REAL SEAMOSS then this is it. I just tried to buy pre-made Seamoss and I am so glad that I ordered this at the same time. I will be in the kitchen tomorrow preparing this, and will GIVE AWAY the PRE-MADE, FLAVOR ADDED BRANDS that I ordered here on Amazon. If you are a believer in the benefits of Seamoss and want quality, then purchase this. Pro Tips: Store in an airtight container, rinse well before preparing, and you can add a cinnamon stick while preparing (for example) if you would like. If you want the to add flavors ADD THEM YOURSELF WHEN PREPARING. This is a much better option than the pre-flavored processed feeling SeaMoss that I ordered. YES, YES, and YES!!! BUY THIS.
