Cleared a parasite from banana magnolia shrubs
My banana magnolia tree has the faux scale parasite and this product is clearing it up. More fresh growth and leaves free from parasite. A lot of people online say neem oil but that did not work for this parasite. It did take about 2 good doses. Add a small amount to a decent size spray bottle and spray both downward and upward as the sun starts to set. Don't apply during the heat of the day.

I am very happy with this product, purchased a few times, it really works, it saved my trees from leaf miners , aphid, scales.

Fantastic product
OMG...this is just a tremendous winner. I was able to encourage my pesky visitors to go to the neighbors yard...what a relief for my vegetable garden, trees and creatures that live here without causing damage. Do get rid of the plastic though...it's important!

Monterey Horticultural Oil Is Easy To Mix And Apply!
Monterey Horticultural Oil is extremely easy to use and apply with a sprayer. I use a 2 gallon sprayer. Spray when the outside temperature is AT LEAST 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Here on Long Island, I’ve sprayed my Peach, Nectarine and Apple trees three times so far. We have had more rain than typical, so I’ll spray at least two more times before Spring time. I combine this product with Monterey Liqui-Cop and a touch of dish soap. Make sure you apply a little extra solution to the “inside elbows” AND the bottoms of the branches! I believe I should realize a very good crop in 2026!

Good to use on fruit trees over the winter while they’re dormant
I have 14 dwarf fruit trees growing on my property. Although the trees are still too young to produce crops, they are susceptible to fungal issues and insect problems. I bought horticultural oil to spray on the trees while they were dormant at the end of the winter. It has seemed to help with some of the problems that we had last year, as I’m not seeing those problems now.
