Lasts all day. The only nasal spray that doesn't annoy me. Easy to use, controls cough and allergy itch in eyes, nose and throat. You get 2 bottles and only need 1 spritz per nostril, great value.

I've used another product (same ingredients) for a long time. The word Sinex does not have an 'A' in it like the other leading brand. Same price. Works great. And this will last a heck of a lot longer. Sinex knows how to spray a mist with enough medicine to get the job done. This will likely cut my costs at least in half....maybe more. (And with this I can actually see what's left in the bottle.) Great product. The other is a working product, don't get me wrong, but it doesn't last long. You know, the other one that ends in an 'n'.

I don't know what kind of scientific magic they are doing over at Vicks, but these nasal sprays work so darn good! They work way better than Flonase, or those oil type inhalers. I could have the WORST stuffy nose, and 1 spray of this clears it up in 5-10 minutes, and it lasts for HOURS, sometimes into the next day. Best nasal spray, EVER!!!

Usage Limit !: As with all Oxymetazoline sprays, you have to be careful not to use it for more than three days in a row to avoid "rebound" congestion. I've got severe allergies and I'm always getting congested and this spray works pretty good One or two sprays in each nostril and then you wait about 10 minutes. The bad thing is they just raised the price!

It definitely works great, just 1 or 2 sprays in each nasel and wait 5 or 10 minutes, then blow your nose and you'll feel much better. I use this product all the time IT WORKS 😊!!!

I’ve been using for 10 years to help me breathe better at night nothing helps more than this each bottle last about a month spray before bed and when I get up keeps me from stuffy nose !!!
