Easy to install, a massive air flow. I need to run this at 3. I put this in the master bedroom and it is super quiet. The build quality is very good compared the the Big H fan I had before. The main light is super bright at 100%, the ambient light is very cool, but don’t really see a use. Integrates easily with Alexa. While the remote is big and solid, I prefer to use the app or Alexa, they all work well. The fan looks modern and changed the look of my bedroom. Hope to enjoy this for years to come. I have had Dreo tower fan in the living room for about two years now, works great! This is my second Dreo purchase as they make excellent products.

**April 2nd, fan is still running flawlessly. The schedules work great within the dreo app **March 1st update (5 stars). New fan running without noise. 1st fan did not start until roughly 2 weeks but defects happen to the even the best manufacturers. Sucks to have to do twice but 2nd time was even faster. About 20 minutes total, opening box included. Original review. (2 stars) Installation was really simple. The blade installation was such an improvement over older models/brands. Unfortunately the wood finish had a noticeable blemish, should not have made it past QA. The ambient light is a nice addition. I had no problems with the remote/app/alexa setup all worked flawlessly. The main light is plenty bright and dims nicely. Color options allow you to pick your preference. Currently, it's making a clicking sound. Just enough to be distracting and annoying. Will take a closer look at it and if I can't fix it (likely the motor itself) I'll get an exact replacement while I'm still in the return window. **also, people complain about the fan ramping up to a higher speed on start-up, this is by design and meant to extend motor life instead of straining to get up to speed slowly.** - Will update if I get a fan that doesn't click.-

We just purchased this fan the other day and I’ve got to say we are totally pleased with our purchase. The fan is well-made easy to install Work wonderful and whisper quiet. The great thing about it is you get a remote for the wall an app for your phone and if you have Alexa, it works with Alexa also voice commands. Alexa will control pretty much every function in the Fan. The only function I can’t do as of yet is dim or brighten the ambient light or change the colors of the ambient light, but you can do that through the app or the remote so it’s not a big deal. As far as everything else goes, I’ve never had a fan that has been so quiet. You don’t even hear it running at all. It moves quite a bit of air works wonderfully. If you work it with Alexa I highly recommend it. In fact we will probably be purchasing a second one for another bedroom. The ambient lighting you can change the colors and through the app you have infinite choices of colors and brightness. As far as the regular light for the fan, that’s also dimmable. It has five settings and is incredibly super bright on the highest setting great feature is that it has different levels of white so you can go for a cold white fluorescent to a warm white adjustment feature. There’s one final feature that is on the fan that I have never had never heard of. It’s called I believe natural and I didn’t know what it did, but when you use that setting, it gives you the simulation of being outside with a natural breeze very cool feature. Sometimes when you’re sitting under the fan, you get the same monotonous breeze blowing on you, but this varies the amounts and intensity of airflow, which is very cool. As far as installation, it is a snap the blades snap in with one thumb screw for each of the five blades and as far as hook up, all it requires is a white wire a black wire and a ground. No special wiring required as long as you have a ground up in your receptacle, it’s good to go very easy hook up, the control module within the fan is already wired for you so all you have to do is hook up three wires at the ceiling. You have an off switch at the wall. The fan will work through the remote or the app. Or Alexa. It also has a built-in timer. Forgot to mention the ambient lighting coloring, not only can you change the different colors dim the colors is also functions that will rotate the colors in different patterns and settings. Very cool. Think that pretty well covers it again highly recommend this fan well worth the money . Ed T

TL;DR: Stop searching and get this one. It cools, it lights, and it WORKS. I searched a ridiculous number of hours for ceiling fans for our 420 sq ft kitchen/dining room/living room space. Our primary needs were to move (often hot/smell-intense) kitchen air, reduce the need for A/C during hot summers, and be able to reduce our reliance on our "pot lights" in the same space. We have a "California Coastal" vibe in our space, so I wanted a "modern looking" fan to match, while not having one that exclusively ran off a switch or a smart phone, but one without hideous looking "pulls" or lights. Functionality: This fan is a dream. The fan, even on the lowest setting, has a fantastic air flow, creating an extremely comfortable inside temperature and allowing us to reduce our A/C need back up to 71. The light itself is fantastic, and whether you use the warm, cool, or in-between settings, gives sufficient light for the entire room when you are simply sitting around, cutting off all need for other light, which reduces the electric bill significantly. Looks: We purchased the "light wood"/white color, which matches the decor perfectly, but doesn't overwhelm the room. The curved blades also look fantastic. Installation: The electrician was able to mount the fan on our slope-ceiling right near the top without needing additional parts, which I know many fans require. Remote works perfectly. There is, by the way, a "wiggle" between the blades and the light part, but the electrician said the entire fan is extremely sturdy and sound, and he thinks the fan is one of the top 1-3 he has seen this year overall.
