This is a fabulous sofa for pet owners!
I've had this sofa for a couple of months now and it looks brand new despite being the absolute favorite resting place for my two Old English Sheepdogs. Their hair and dirty paw prints vacuum off easily. This was exceptional value for the money both for the wonderful fabric and it's overall comfort both for lounging or sleeping. The cushions are firm without being uncomfortable and the storage under each cushion is a huge plus. It is so easy to reconfigure and move around. I have received so many compliments from friends and family who want to know where I purchased it. I would strongly recommend this sofa for pet owners who want a beautiful yet durable sofa.

The whole family loves this couch, + a few small recommendations for Belffin
I purchased the sleeper sofa - 3 configuration in Navy Blue Velvet which comes with 9 seats, 9 backs, and 9 pillows. The versatility of being able to adjust the configuration at ease based on your need is phenomenal, the velvet is soft and beautiful, and the kids and I love this couch both for comfort and aesthetic appeal. I specifically chose this model because of the adjustable arm/backs allowing a bit more of a reclined angle when having movie night and I have no regrets thus far. I know some have mentioned concerns with stability of the arm/back over time but unless someone uses it outside of it’s intended use I don’t see an issue with stability. That said, one of the huge selling points for me on this couch as a parent of 2 children who also has 3 cats and 2 dogs, is the ability to purchase individual sections if something catastrophic should happened that I couldn’t resolve with a good cleaner. This includes the ability to purchase replacement arm/back sections without buying a whole new couch if one of the kids abuses the existing one and breaks it. I don’t anticipate this, and would expect Belffin to replace if it were a manufacturing defect but with kids accidents do happen at no fault of the manufacturer and being able to replace specific pieces without investing in a full replacement gives me piece of mind. Assembly is minimal, simply attach the feet (twist on by hand), and attach the connectors for the back/arm unit with the provided screwdriver. Speaking of - I absolutely love when a manufacturer includes ALL items necessary for assembly, Belffin had a full size screwdriver in every box, and as a bonus each screwdriver can be flipped from phillips head (used for assembly) to flat head. It’s the little things like this, along with a quality product, that I appreciate and make me come back to a brand time and again. That said, I do have three minor suggestions for Belffin, one is shipping related so may be entirely outside of their control but hey it’s worth mentioning. 1st - Please add some handle slots to your boxes, my shipment came with 9 middle units and the size of the box made it extremely awkward to get a good grip without handles. Disclaimer - I am a 40 year old woman, though 5’9” so my arms aren’t particularly short. 2nd - It would have been wonderful to have these boxes delivered closer to my door. UPS delivered all 9 boxes to the middle of my driveway, on the side of my house, roughly 75 feet from the closest entry door. This is certainly what prompted the recommendation for handles on the boxes. I fully expected to have to get the boxes inside on my own, but I did not anticipate carrying 9 - 52lb boxes that distance to reach the door. If the shipper could ensure delivery within 10 feet of an entry, handles may not be quite as necessary, but since you were thoughtful enough to include quality screwdrivers, I thought you may appreciate the feedback and consider adding reinforced handles. 3rd - Last is just a suggestion for accessories to offer. When attaching the feet I wondered if other furniture feet would also fit - I think having the option to purchase alternate foot styles is something consumers would appreciate as the style of the couch is very versatile and swapping the feet would elevate the look even more. I’d also love to see a tray or “table” accessory made to fit the dimensions of a seat/ottoman. I can purchase a generic ottoman tray easily, but would love one fit to the dimensions of my seats. Recommendations aside, we love this couch and I am so glad I made this purchase!! Thank you Belffin! I’ll update with a photo shortly.

Excellent Buy
I absolutely love this sofa. The firmness is just right, and the velvet has a beautiful, premium feel. Assembly was straightforward, and I was pleasantly surprised that it included an extra ottoman and back cushion. The blue colour is also stunning and adds a great touch to the space. The only minor drawback is that it sits a bit lower than some of my other sofas. At 5’5”, it’s perfectly comfortable for me, but I can see how someone taller might find it less ideal when sitting with their feet flat on the floor. That said, this can easily be addressed by swapping in taller legs. I also really appreciate the upgrade that removes the hydraulic hinges. It makes the pieces more flexible to arrange without worrying about orientation, and the ability to remove and wash the covers is a major plus. Overall, the build quality, comfort, and appearance are all excellent, easily 5 stars. I would highly recommend it.

Not Worth the Money
I honestly wouldn’t recommend this couch. The storage sections aren’t very useful and don’t line up properly. The backrest also moves around and doesn’t provide much support, so it’s not very comfortable to sit on for long. The material tends to get warm pretty quickly too. Another frustrating part was the delivery. It arrived in multiple shipments, and even after waiting almost a month, some pieces were still missing. For the amount of money this couch costs, I expected much better quality. I feel like there are better options available at Costco or other well-known furniture stores for around the same price.

Nice Couch - Delivery and Assembly Makes You Question Life
The couch itself is comfortable, I gave it 4 stars because it’s maybe a little firmer than I would prefer. The cushions do have springs that are pretty stiff. It feels a lot like that old parlor couch at granny’s house that no one’s allowed to sit on. Hopefully that means they will last a long time, and stand up to the abuse of tiny humans. I’m honestly really hoping that with more couch potato days, it will soften up at least a little and be more comfortable. The adjustable backs are AWESOME, perfect for lounging. Though I do have a few that tend to get stuck upright and not recline. The color is exactly as pictured, and I love the ability to change up the layout as desired. Washability wise, the fabric wipes clean very easily. Which is great because only the cushion covers are washable, and that looks like it might be an adventure in and of itself. Under seat storage is definitely useful, although slightly smaller than I anticipated. But the true conversation starter is the delivery and assembly… because man was THAT an adventure! For starters my poor delivery driver has now claimed me as a mortal enemy, in large part due to this couch… I mean the table set, bunk beds, desks, and other heavy furniture items definitely didn’t help… but this couch coming in two shipments and 7 giant unmanageable boxes is where the vendetta began. Prior to that point my driver would faithfully deliver to my door, ring the bell, and sometimes even help me pull in whatever it was. But no… this couch soured that beautiful relationship quite possibly permanently. Henceforth, I will forever be groveling for their forgiveness. I’ve left ice cold drinks, snacks, small bribes….. they’ve taken none…. On that fateful delivery day, my driver just dropped these haphazardly and precariously staked on my driveway. Assuredly rendering it impossible to haul in alone, and who could blame them, even with two people, hauling it inside was quite the task. Requiring dead lifts, yelling “PIVOT”, and frankly testing the boundaries of healthy relationships. I think it’s fair to say that all involved would have preferred there to have been a higher number of smaller and manageable boxes…. As opposed to cramming as much as possible into giant boxes with no ideal way to lift or carry them. Assembly itself was fairly straightforward, in fact much easier than other items I’ve ordered. However, once you’ve thrown out your back, hips, and knees attempting to man handle all 7 giant boxes into the house, then again to wherever you plan to set it up. It’s safe to say that you’re already exhausted, and it will take much longer than just the 30mins promised. Leaving you to contemplate how much you actually WANT a couch, maybe you could just sit on the boxes instead… it might be better to take a little 3 day recovery prior to assembling to prevent untoward animosity. Whilst also allowing for any additional boxes to arrive as my shipment came in two separate deliveries… I know, I know, yet another reason for my delivery driver to HATE me. I cannot yet determine if I feel like this purchase was worth it. Primarily because it’s sooooo much easier to go to a store, sit on different options to know for sure you like what you’re getting. With the added bonus of not creating a new mortal enemy of your delivery driver, breaking your body to lift a gazillion boxes, testing your relationship, or questioning your sanity in ever thinking this was a good idea. Maybe I just have too much animosity still and haven’t warmed up to it yet.
