Each meter of the SK6812RGBW 60 led p/m consume about 3.6A so for your 12 meters you will need at least 43.2A power supply. It is also recommended to keep some margin of the power on your transformer site, so 60A should work for you. On more tip, with this length of your led strip (if you're planning to lit up most of your led's at one time with high brightness) I would suggest a power injection every 2.5m or at least every 5m, other wise you may encounter differences in displaying colours on strip.
