The clips from the waist to the ankles could be longer
Very good kit. Very tight on the legs when connecting the clips. Fantastic for press ups & doing dips. I shadow box daily with these on, I can tell the difference already when boxing normally.

Most people have knowledge or used resistance bands. Even medical facilities use them for rehabilitation. This set takes the common resistance band one step further. Designed for versatility this resistance kit works for people such as boxers, mma combatants, martial artists or even runners. The kit incorporates a body harness as well as wrist and ankle straps. As well as five 60lb resistance bands. The idea being the bands are clipped from the wrist and/or ankle to the harness. Thereby providing resistance while going through the normal motions of exercise. There's a handy storage bag and it is lightweight enough to travel with. Everything feels and looks quality. The camouflage band covers make it stand out. These are designed with three times the length of the band so that stretching does not put undue stress on them. The price is good considering the variety of ways it can be used. And there is potential to expand with the addition of other bands.
