Actually works unlike gummies I tried before this. Mixes well. I use a shaker with metal ball whisk thing in. People say it's too sweet but you can adjust that by adding more water. The tropical flavour is nice but has a coconut after taste. The lemonade flavour is also very tasty and easy to keep coming back too.

It does work, I use it after work out and I can feel the difference after few weeks of using it. It is too sweet though.

The product I received has been contaminated - it tastes like burnt plastic. Compounds may have leached from the black plastic container into the flavoured creatine formulation. Manufacturer should temporarily remove this product from the market and investigate further.
