Perfect Cookbook for Wahoos

Amazing cookbook for anyone from UVA. It’s got recipes from restaurant owners off grounds (like feast! and King Family Vineyard), department heads, and people like Cavman and Dean Groves himself. Not to mention the recipe for Virg Mac and cheese! A must have for any Hoo in the kitchen!

This is a fun, interesting cookbook. Not only is it beautifully done, with neat stories and great photos, but there’s an excellent range of recipes. There’s something for everyone - from practical and healthy to more elaborate dishes, and it’s all pretty accessible to even a beginner chef.
