I have been doing a lot of reading about how bad seed oils are and how they cause inflammation, so I decided to try a mayo made without them. This Chosen mayo fits the bill. It's got healthy ingredients and is a great substitute.

Heat + Mayo = Bad
The jar arrived hot, not warm, but hot. No idea how long it was sitting somewhere soaking up the heat. In addition the emulsification broke (ingredients separated like peanut butter). Unfortunately refrigeration and trying to reblend didn't work. It also tasted "off" probably after being in the heat for so long. Would not buy again unless it came cooled.

Very Tasty but Too Expensive for the Size
I used to subscribe the the 'regular' size of Chosen Foods mayo - then it stopped being available. I was pleasantly surprised to see that Amazon began selling a Garlic version of this no-seed-oil mayo, so I bought a jar. I should have read the description better, as this jar is TINY and I cannot believe that I paid so much for it. It is tasty, but not worth the price. When are food manufacturers going to wake up and starting charging the minimum for healthy foods and charging more for the garbage that is processed with chemically-engineered ingredients?
