I bought these when they were on offer and I found them to be okay to use. However, I am not quite sure whether they did have a long-term impact as I am no longer taking them due to the price increasing.

I started taking collagen a few months ago as I worry about aging and want to help support my body the best I can. Nutra Vita are a brand I trust so I decided their product would be best! I have definitely noticed a difference in my skin! It feels plumper and clearer after 3 months and my joints feel better. Dsprcially my back ache in the morning! I’d definitely recommend! Good size, no after taste, easy to swallow and actually work!! ☺️☺️

I only received them yesterday, but so far so good. The tablets are quite big, but easily snap in half making them easier to swallow. I was almost put off by a review that said about them smelling and tasting strongly of fish, but decided to follow the other reviews I'd ready and give them a go. I was pleased that I did, unless you stick your nose in the bottle and sniff, this really isn't a problem. As I've only been taking them for 2 days, I can't comment on the effects yet
