I absolutely love the Pets Alive Swimming Axolotl. It is even cuter in person than in the pictures. Great idea! But inconsistent.
Got these for my 7yo son who is in his axolotl era. These had the potential to be SO cool. Unfortunately the blue one is just really finicky and doesn’t turn on when it should. And if I manage to get it to activate, it acts as if the battery is at 1% or something. Even though they’re both brand new. The pink one works perfectly. Just wish these were more reliable.

Defective Product and unable to get replacement.
Blue electronic did not function at all. sink to bottom of bath - no tail movement. The pink one functioned. Wanted to get a replacement for blue one; but, unable to do so as the website was not equipped to troubleshoot problem and accommodate the request for a return. not good purchase at all. You try taking away a robotic pet from a three year old..
