After sending inferior cushions back to amazon, ai was skeptical about what these were going to be like, but I am very pleasantly surprised. They are very full and fluff up quickly after being unpacked. The outer fabric is of good quality, not the cheap polypropylene that rips easily, but a smooth microfibre. Ordered 2 of these, they arrived neatly vacuum packed and they fluffed up nicely after 24 hours. Very pleased with these lovely soft plump cushions so have ordered 2 more as they make my old cushions look flat as shown in the photo!!

I have to say that this cushion is so comfy I have scoliosis, osteoporosis and spondylosis in neck and this cushion is so comfortable, I feel to sleep within seconds of first using it,and I still am. It's so straight forward just an honest cushion,and it's great. I would definitely recommend it to any one with pain whilst trying to sleep. Quick delivery, excellent price and quality is brilliant. Seems a quality product. Good appearance. No weird smell. Well packaged. Packed flat. Plenty of filling. Only just arrived so don't know how they'll wear. 24 hours to loft. I gave each one 5mins on cold in the dryer to aid fluffing up which they have done.

The packaging is very compact and fits both pillows in a small box. The pillows are soft and puffy, with no chemical smell and dimensions as described.

Pillow is vacuum packed. I’ve not used it yet. But the feel is soft and comfy.
