Too new to give any reliability opinion, but initially it seems to work very well. Several attachments allow use on different muscle groups in different ways. Has enough power to make you hurt. Recommend using at an angle to prevent it from hitting so hard. Recharges with a simple usb cord and charger making it convenient. Overall, very happy with it.

I don't like to review unless I love something or hate it and for this one I am really pleased. I have try several models over the years and because I am the type of person that I love deep tissue, none has being strong enough but I put this on the top configuration and I can say that o finally find the one, this is strong and deep, now I just hoped that it will last a long time, I had it for only 2 weeks for now but I have 0 complaints, I use it every day on my calf and on the front below the need, even on the front and behind my legs and can get every where I want.

Battery when low, (under 50%) was supposed to flash red. I would charge it regularly and also would not flash blue (when over 50%). Just today, it stopped completely with no warning. Tried charging it for seven hours with no response. Nothing. Spent $100 for a just one year. UPDATE: The people at Renpho have been very professional and honored the one year warranty by sending me a brand new replacement, not even refurbished. They needed the s/n and details on the bottom of the handle with a photo, but after that, I was happy to learn it would be replaced. thankyou.

This massager is regularly "discounted" at around 100, and you can often find a coupon for it on top of that. If you can get it for around 70-80 then you should jump on it. When I first got the Renpho, I was concerned. Out of the case, the gun feels super light. I have an M3 and compared to that, it feels flimsy. The truth is, this thing has just as much power, but also has the torque to not stop up when you hit a hard or awkward spot. The weight change comes from the battery, I honestly believe the M3 has a better battery life and you can feel it in the weight of the unit. However, unless you are going to be massaging yourself for extended periods of time, it shouldn't be an issue. With all things that work with motors, the main test is going to be how long it lasts before the motor gives out. I'll update if it dies freakishly fast, but for now I've been using it once or twice a day on my quads and knee tendons and have nothing but praise. In this price range, in my opinion, this is the massage gun to get.

I was doubtful this would really help my sore neck and back, I've tried others in the past along with shiatsu massage, but my husband's physical therapist recommended it. Works well. Didn't take long to charge. Avoid hitting a bone, that feels weird, but the deep tissue massage is great and easy to use on your own neck and back. Nice carrying case.

I should have read the reliability reviews. There were much cheaper brands, but thought I'd spend more on this one assuming it was a quality unit- not so. It was used very little since we got it- maybe 10-15 hours total and now it's toast. It started rattling loudly, piston part must have detached internally, because it stopped working and the control panel was now red instead of blue.

So I decided to buy my son who has frequent headaches a heated eye massage mask, and this was a suggested purchase at a discount for having bought the eye mask. I thought you know what, what the heck, get it. I’ve been wanting one, and I’m so very glad I did! We not only love the heated eye massage mask, but we also love this massage gun as well! This really works out the knots and kinks in your muscles! It’s a lot lighter than my other massager of a different style. This one is easier to handle, and way more effective in alleviating pain and tension in your muscles. Very much worth it! Let’s just hope it lasts forever bc now I do not want to be without it! Seriously, so grateful for this product. Especially being someone who deals with a lot of knots in my muscles and having super tense and locked muscles, this melts me like butter. Also, stoked about the nice case and fittings it comes with!

I've tried a few on Amazon, and have had horrible luck I guess with the ones I've purchased as they haven't been working on arrival..that being said..not only was this brand working on arrival, it's been amazing ever since (over three months), no issues whatsoever, the batter lasts a very long time and the attachments are all of good quality and so is the gun. I do wish there was a way for users to use a massage gun on their back without the need of someone else's help but that's another story. Excellent battery life, works perfectly (3 months and no issues), great quality gun, attachments and carrying bag. Would 100% recommend.

Great product. relieves aches. Easy to use, just sit down with it and not roll around on a roller where you need space. Portable to take to events.Timer so you don't over use.
