Authentic 187
The picture shows Triple 8 elbow pads in black, but they are indeed 187 pads (see the pic I added). They appear high quality material thick and comfortable. Definitely have a perma bend, but I don’t often keep my elbows straight while roller skating. Don’t think that will be an issue.

Run very small
These pads are either designed for youth or run extremely small. I’m a 5’10”/165lb guy and the size medium wouldn’t go past my forearm.

These run very very small. Could not use unfortunately.

Great for roller derby
My daughter needed them for roller derby, and we measured her arm at the elbow like they said, but they were a little snug bc her upper arm is larger, however, they were able to stretch them to fit her. I'm not sure if I should have gone up a size or not, but they work well!
