On my first wash I can see a noticeable difference, my hair feels soft and smooth. I must add that my previous shampoo was drying out my hair. Also, I like the smell and color of the shampoo, and the bottle shape.

As always, do your own research and take my review with a pinch of salt, especially if you have a sensitive scalp. Let’s start with the ingredients. The brand claims this shampoo is SLS- and paraben-free, but sulfate-free doesn’t automatically mean gentle. Its main cleanser, Sodium C14-16 Olefin Sulfonate, isn’t a sulfate, but it is effective at removing oil and may leave dry or textured hair feeling slightly stripped, depending on your hair type and usage. The formula also contains fragrance, which may irritate sensitive or fragrance-reactive scalps. I found it somewhat overwhelming since I’m not used to fragranced hair products, though it wasn’t extremely heavy. Silicones and oils may improve softness, smoothness and manageability, but they don’t change the fact that the primary cleanser is quite strong. Other than that, I didn’t find any major ingredient concerns. Ingredient-wise, I’d give it around 7/10. Now, my actual experience… The shampoo lathers well and cleanses effectively. It has a very thick consistency with shiny particles that appear to be mica. This wasn’t an issue for me, but it’s worth mentioning. My main drawback was the after-feel. Since I have coarse, wavy hair, it left my hair feeling a little dry—not extremely dry or straw-like, but less soft than I expected. The fragrance was also more noticeable than I prefer. Final verdict: 7/10 🌷 Overall, it’s a decent shampoo, but not especially impressive for my hair type. It cleanses well, lathers nicely and gets the job done, but the stronger cleanser, noticeable fragrance and slight dryness keep it from being a favourite.

Non drying shampoo and the best thing is you need very little of the product as it lathers up really well. Therefore it's value for money. Can't claim that it reduces hairfall in any way. No shampoo actually does that. But yes, you can definitely notice less hair falling out while shampooing. It's a clarifying shampoo and if and you can use it on days you will oil your hair. Overall worth trying it once.

Do not fall for the "natural" marketing of this brand. I have dry, frizzy hair and bought Naturali hoping for a gentle, nourishing alternative to tackle mild hair fall. I gave this brand multiple chances and tried three different variants, including their Onion shampoo and the Rice Water & Macadamia Nut Oil (Daily Strength & Nourish) variant. ​Every single one was a complete disaster. ​Instead of strengthening or nourishing my hair, these shampoos triggered aggressive, nonstop shedding. My hair thinned out so drastically that my scalp is now clearly visible. The formula strips the strands, leaving hair rough, brittle, and unmanageably frizzy with zero shine or smoothness. It delivers none of its advertised claims. ​I deeply regret buying all three bottles. If you are struggling with dry hair and need a reliable, gentle shampoo, switch to Plum instead it performs far better. Avoid Naturali at all costs.
