So yep I'm gonna look bald-headed 😭 100 strands would be sufficient. Mind you, I have a VERY small head and thought 8 packs would be enough, but I went through 5 bags just on the front and perimeter. Ended up taking some out to try and fill in the back and middle, and still ended up looking like Cynthia's doll on Rugrats 😫 I was gonna just buy another round, but #1 the package wouldn't get here in time for my event and #2...why would I want 16 packs??? Now, outside of that (and the reason why I'm still giving 4 stars), the hair is DIVINE! There is no smell, easy to install, no tangles (even when I had to take some out, they were easy to uninstall)...just beautiful! But please take my advice and buy 2 packs. I'm hoping the company will seriously ponder why they don't just do 100 strands or at least sell them by the pack, because I can honestly say I will not be buying again due to this glaring discrepancy. Update after 5 weeks - still DIVINE! Yes some raggedy pieces as it's synthetic but actually not as bad as I thought it would be. And I honestly CAN reuse this if I cut off the curly bits...the locks are still LOCKED IN.

This hair is beautiful from the locs to the curls, I tie it up at night, In the am I let it out run my fingers thru & go no products, I have in the 18 inch T30 the length is perfect & It's gorgeous. I used all 8 packs so if you have a bigger head or like it fuller than order 2 packs, I will be back in a few weeks to tell how it holds up, in this current pic it's only been a week old but 2 cute with minimal shedding no tangling, no frizz.

I wear protective styles a lot, specifically faux locs. My stylist pulled them straight out the bag before she braided my hair and it was nice, no smell/ The hair quality is good and I received compliments as soon as I walked out the door. The color is great for the summer, it’s long enough to put in a bun with the tendrils falling. It has lasted quite a while without getting too tangled or frizzy. Would recommend !

I read the majority of the reviews prior to purchasing and I can agree with the majority of them. These locs are absolutely beautiful HOWEVER, they tangle pretty often (probably due to the curly pieces being synthetic). I’ve had them in 2 days so far and have experienced tangling but no shedding. During install (I have the individual crochet method) one of the locs unraveled so I’d say that’s something to keep in mind. The hair feels light to medium so it’s not very heavy in my experience. I’m 5’1 and as you can see the locs come almost down to my lower back which is what I wanted. Overall you get what you pay for but I can say for the same price I’ve had better an experience with a different vendor for locs however they weren’t available this time around.

Great quality. Arrives quickly. I’ve actually ordered this hair several times for a quick crochet install. No irritation and extremely soft and lightweight. I am natural , so I will keep a style in for a month or longer. As it gets old, I often cut the loose hairs and keep going. Definitely worth the money. This is different lengths and styles throughout the years.
