Pool and Spa Test Strips-6 in 1 Hot Tub Test Strips,100 Counts

Works perfectly to help monitor the chemicals

I’m really impressed with these 9-in-1 Home Water Test Strips—they’re an easy, practical way to get quick peace of mind about the water my family uses every day. Each strip checks nine key parameters in one go (Iron, Mercury, Copper, Lead, Chromium, Magnesium, Cadmium, Calcium, and Zinc), which makes it feel far more comprehensive than basic single-parameter tests. What I like most is how fast and simple the process is. You don’t need any technical knowledge: just follow the directions and you can read the results in about 30 seconds using the color chart. It’s a convenient “first-screen” for spotting potential issues before deciding whether you need more advanced testing. I’ve used it across multiple water sources around the house—tap water, drinking water, and stored water—and it’s been consistently straightforward. It’s also a great fit for homeschool science projects, since kids can safely participate and learn about water quality in a hands-on way. Finally, the expert live support is a nice bonus. Overall, this kit is affordable, useful, and reassuring—highly recommended!

These pool test strips are a quick, at-home water testing solution for swimming pools, spas, and hot tubs. They’re designed to measure key water balance levels like pH, chlorine, bromine, and alkalinity, helping pool owners maintain safe and clean water without professional testing kits. Pros Fast and easy testing: Dip-and-read design gives results in seconds. Multi-parameter checks: Typically measures chlorine/bromine, pH, and total alkalinity. Large quantity (100 strips): Great value for frequent pool maintenance. Beginner-friendly: No technical knowledge required. Helps prevent water issues: Useful for early detection of imbalance before it becomes a problem. Cons Less precise than liquid test kits: Good for trends, not exact chemical readings. Color matching can vary: Lighting and interpretation may affect accuracy. Moisture sensitive: Strips can degrade if not stored properly. Limited depth testing: Doesn’t measure everything some advanced pool systems require.

Our spa tested negative for phosphates with these test strips, which isn't surprising, for it's filled with treated household water. But to be sure the strips worked, I tested a dilute solution of my plant food, which I know contains phosphates. This solution tested negative. Then I tested a dilute solution of TSP (tri sodium phosphate) and again got a negative test. I agree with the other reviewers who said this tests kit didn't work even though other testing of their water showed significant phosphates.

Does the job its suppose to.

Great product for the prize

These work exactly as they should. I bought them for a small, seasonal pool so they are going to last me a while. They are very affordable and easy to use.

Good test kit for pool, not as accurate as Taylor but also works.

Does exactly what it says and is acurate

The product was delivered on time and as described.

For the price these work great. I've compared them to the strips that are 4 or 5 times the price and found them just as accurate so pretty hard not to give them a 5 star review. I just tested the hottub and found the Chlorine a little low and the PH a little high so added some chemicals and did another strip tho I should of waited little longer for the chemicals to take effect you can see they definitely work.

Bought these as a fill in for our Technicians to use as our usual supplier was out of stock. They are not good!
