Does this come as the "ready to Ride" build as described on the tomasso website or is there more assebly required than that?

Mine arrived with minor assembly still required. Front wheel, seat, pedals, and handlebar had to be installed. My understanding for this is that this is necessary for packaging purposes. Not sure if this is technically classified as "ready to ride" version or not. Hope this helps.

Any idea when the large bikes will be in stock. i'm 6'1" with 33" inseam and the xl seems to large but medium to small?

More important is your reach length compared to a bike effective reach. You can adjust an inch of height with the seatpost. You will want to time that in as well as the seat angle anyway. Are your torso / arms long, regular or short?

How long is the presta valve on the tube 48mm or 60mm ?

The valves on the stock tubes are 60mm
