The chair wasn’t terribly difficult to put together. It could help to have two people. Certain screws needed a little attention when attaching the arms. As the instructions state make sure you don’t over tighten in areas around the armrest until all the screws are securely in the holes. The chair itself was a little stiff at first but had broken in nicely and is very comfortable. May not be as comfortable for a person with less weight because it’s built to uphold more weight. It feels like good quality and I would recommend it.

Got this for my husband as an office/ gaming chair. He loves it! It’s super comfy, great back support especially for him as a big man! Overall great chair and it’s held up really good so far!

I’m a big & tall guy (6’2”, 300 lbs), and while the chair looked promising, it didn’t work for me. The seat felt smaller than advertised and it constantly pitched me forward, making it uncomfortable to sit in for more than a few minutes. The construction didn’t feel as sturdy or heavy-duty as I expected for the price and rating. Unfortunately, I’m returning it. It might be fine for smaller users, but it didn’t meet my needs.

This chair looks very nice and is very sturdy. The covering material seems to be moderately thick and tight. I chose the brown/burgundy color. It swivels very well a full 360 degrees. It has a very high back. I’m 5’ 10” and only about 2 inches of my head protrudes above the top of the chair. The most dominant feature of the chair is the width. It is big and broad. I’m not a small man weighing in at about 245 lbs and moderately girth, and I have between 3 and 4 inches between the chair handles and my own (love) handles. For the keister area, it is comfortable and sturdy. My work is stationary and I sit for about 8-9 hours per day. While this is not the most comfortable chair I’ve had, it is still very comfortable and sufficiently does the job. It has a lumbar pump for back support, but I don’t use it much, so I can’t say how good it is. I set it and forgot about it, so perhaps it is doing what I need after all. I only only have two complaints informing the chair. First, I wish it had more vertical lift. It sits a little lower than other chairs, but not too low. It does have lift to compensate, but not as much as I’d prefer. The second complaint and my primary one is the lack of tilt. Even after adjustment, the chair simply does not have a lot of tilt for those moments you just want to lean back and stretch. It’s fairly rigid, and while it does tilt some, it does not tilt much. I did replace the wheels with rubber chair casters (3”) which I do for all my chairs and that makes it roll across the floor extremely well.

I work from home, and am in my office 8-10 hours on work days. I need a chair that is comfortable, and will hold up. I have had this chair for 5 months now, and that is exactly what it has done. It is comfortable, and does not leave me feeling sore. As a bonus it looks good in my home office. I can set it upright, or when needed, adjust it so the back can lean back. The adjustable lumbar support adds to the experience. If you are considering a chair for your home office, give this one serious consideration.

Update: After having owned this chair for a little over 4months now, I am dissappointed to say that the back has seperated from the chair bottom making my husband no longer able to use it. He is 6' 2" and 380 so we were excited for him to have a chair that is "fat guy friendly". After discovering that the bolt came out we tried repairing it with another bolt in its place, which finally gave up as of yesterday. The pictures I attached are where the chair back is bolted into the side of the chair bottom. The bottom one is normal, but the top one is bent in such a way that even if we tried using another bolt it would not work. We both are dissappointed that this didnt work out for him. If the back didn't seperate from the chair bottom he said otherwise the chair was very comfortable. I guess I'll have to figure out how to get him a chair for Christmas. :/ The office chair has been a fantastic addition to my gaming setup. It easily supports over 300 lbs without any loss of shape or stability, even when set to its highest position. Seems to be a good chair. Haven't had too long couple a weeks. Easy to assemble and fits me, I'm a good sized man. Got the dark brown I like the color and everything seems to work very well.

This chair is great. I had been having back problems and noticed it was after working all day. I have had no back pain since getting this chair!

For what this chair is Rated at is untrue ....i Weigh 390 lbs and the area where you push the wheels into has broken causing the wheels to tilt sideways making it very hard to move because the wheels are fighting against each other. For that lind of money i will not buy it again. PURE JUNK Paul
