Are made of plastic and to be honest if you look through that plastic you can’t see anything. I made small holes with a drill.

Would this fit a 7 year old?

It might be a bit big, but you can snug it up in the back a little. I ordered it for my son when he was 10. Good quality mask!

Would glasses fit in the mask?

Not comfortably, it would likely mash them against your face. I wear my contacts when wearing masks

If you mean like a bird and open up no. If you mean is the beak firm no it is latex and flexible. To get it like the photo ypu may need to stuff it with paper or and thing soft. No too much to close up the air holes though.
