As a runner I’ve developed some heel pain and these have really helped. Lovely gel heel and thick and spongy. Fit well and helped with my heel pain. Good value. Can’t comment on durability as yet. I did wear them under my socks though and got horrendous blisters so took to wearing them on top of my socks and they’ve worked perfectly. Due to the thickness they Jay not work in all shoes but in my trainers they’ve worked well.

I was sceptical about buying these because I've tried so many insoles and other products for my plantar fasciitis without much success. I noticed a difference from the very first use. I wore them while playing rugby, and combined with taping they cushioned my heel really well. I also wore them the next day (outside my sock) and my heel felt much better walking around the house and outside. It's early days, but based on my experience so far, I'd definitely recommend giving these a try if you're struggling with plantar fasciitis or heel pain.

I purchased these to help with a pain that I currently have in the heel of my right foot - they appear to be helping! They are comfortable to wear and the Velcro strap helps with the stability and comfort. Only given these a 4 star rating as I’ve only been wearing them a few days and don’t think I can justify a 5 star rating even though at present the pain seems to have eased!

These gave me instant relief from the pain of Plantar Fasciitis. Heavenly! And they fit into my shoes. I have one complaint over sizing. My foot measured exactly 23cm, so exactly between S and M, and I wish the advice had been to choose the medium not the small size. The velcro only just meets and unfortunately the hooks press into the top of my foot. The larger size would have reached round enough to cover the velcro hooks.

It really helped with my Achilles Tendonitis symptoms, but after 6 days of use the seam split and the gel came out. The pair of it is in the process of splitting too. Maybe it's just a faulty one? Who knows.

I had always been suffering from Plantar Fasciitis as a chef being on foot at least for 8-10 hours everyday, but since the time I entered my 5th month of pregnancy, I started crying for help. Started wearing these Friday and my pain has reduced significantly!! I can now put my foot flat on the floor when standing up. were as before wearing them i was on my toes after standing! I have stage 3 plantar and im just happy not to have the pain and burning 24/7 great purchases definitely recommend

Being quite an active person and suddenly developing really sore heels causing pain when walking. After trying numerous insoles with out much joy or success I came across your company on Amazon and thought I would give them a try. I can't praise these enough they have taken the pressure of my heels and given my feet support whilst walking. I do wish you would do them for a person with a size 3 shoe though as they are slightly too big to go into my trainers but other than that I would recommend this product.
