I purchased the red version of these years ago, but for whatever reason, never gave them a chance. Now, with suffering from severe plantar fasciitis in my right foot for nearly 2 years, I have become more educated and aware of proper foot care. My podiatrist informed me I am part of the 2% of the population with very high arches, which has contributed to my years of foot pain and now, plantar fasciitis. Steroid injections, stretches, weight loss, other insoles, specially made shoes, and other medications have done nothing to promote healing and consistently reduce pain.I remembered when I purchased these years ago, the arch support was out of this world - almost too high, but now....it is what I have become desperate for, so I did not hesitate to purchase multiple pairs of these. I have now been wearing them non-stop for 7 days (except for sleeping), and I can certainly tell that for once, the pain is subsiding with each day. The first few days my feet felt somewhat bruised, due to the break-in period, but now - I am really starting to feel my feet are being properly supported, allowing inflammation to decrease and healing to hopefully begin. As of now, I plan to keep a stock of these on hand, so all of my shoes have them at all times.Note:- I wear a size 10 shoe. The women's 10-10.5 fits perfectly.- Everyone's feet are different, but for me having super high arches, the insoles are perfect.- They do add extra volume to shoes so you may need to readjust how your shoes are tied, etc.- The red version did tend to stain my socks red, but I have not had any issues with this version staining my socks blue.- If my review changes for whatever reason as I continue to wear these, I will provide an update.

Years ago I developed a metatarsal (ball of foot) pain so had to get custom oI orthotics of which cost hundreds of dollars. I feel these are as good or very close. They have great support and are comfortable. People that are new to wearing orthotics might take a little time to get use to them and should gradually increase the amount of time each day if that is an issue. I wish years ago shoe manufacturers were inclined to make more supportive shoes with some arch support I wouldn't have had this problem. But would recommend these, for sure. The price is good, also.

These orthotics compare to some of my custom orthotics made by my podiatrist for over pronation. So far they are supportive and comfortable and not too ridged. Time will tell how long they hold up but for the price they may be a good alternative to spending hundreds of dollars for custom orthotics.

My daughter bought new Sperry duck boots and the insoles that came inside the boots were horrible! They crinkled up and literally stuck to the side of the inside of the boots, causing discomfort and blisters when she wore them. I ordered these Orthotics from Amazon and replaced the insoles that came with the boots with these orthotic insoles, and voila! Problem solved! She LOVES the new insoles and now she can wear the boots comfortably! Thank you!

These insoles felt good and had good support but they were extremely wide. The arch bulged out of my shoes on the instep area, which looked very strange and would have ruined my shoes eventually. The arch area is very rigid, as it needs to be of course, so I couldn't trim it down to fit my shoe. Be sure to look at that little area on the arch and notice that it sticks out pretty far, then imagine having that fit into your shoe!

IF they put decent foam in these...they are perfect. The foam breaks down at the ball of your foot and for me...thats pain and misalignment. There are other otc orthotics that the foam is MUCH more durable. I wish these people got on board with improving the issue stated

New Balance stopped making insoles. F’them.But Amazon had a full array of insoles at various prices to fit anyone’s budget. These are reasonable and got perfectly in my shoes. They give me support and any pain I have is mostly gone. I will be purchasing them again.

I wish I'd tired theses in various shoes sooner. I bought the correct size for my foot and my shoes. These arch supports are simply are made wrong because the part that is supposed to fit under arch of foot is too far back under my heel. Today I tried in different shoes with same result. After walking about 1,000 steps with these in my shoe, my hip foot and neck hurt. I'm changing to my favorite green ones that I bought from Amazon to realign and get rid of pain.
