Overrated
It is very overrated, the taste is very bad , it is Just oat flour. Completely not for any instant meal. May be good as a morning one as marketed but I'd still preferred the other proteins sources.

Go-to Protein Fibre Source
I have at least used 10 packets of Goat. My favourite is Mocha Marvel, and my mother's is Almond Kulfi. When I am tired or we go out of the city early in the morning, I pack them for breakfast. It's part of Mumma's protein n' fibre daily quota.
