Annie Sloan's chalk paint is the way to go!
Aubusson Blue is such a beautiful blue. My chalk painted furniture holds everything together in my home. I use Aubusson Blue together with Annie Sloan's Florentine (another blue). With this chalk paint you will definitely get creative. Enjoy!

Not worth it!
I love Annie Sloan chalk paint, but this container was ridiculous! Shame on me for not paying more attention to the size of the can, but it's really just a sample size and is only useful for touch ups or a very small "project." Besides the small size, the paint was incredibly thick and even with constant stirring it still went on thicker than any other AS paint I've worked with. Do not waste your money on this small container of paint, it's just not usable at that size or consistency.

Good chalk paint
This is pure chalk paint no doubt about it. I bought the small size and painted a buffet. Turned out very nice. This isn’t the easiest paint to paint with. It dries quickly while painting, almost too quickly. Coverage is excellent. Product seems to go a long way even though pricy. Appreciate the very thorough directions that comes with the product. May but again if needed.

This is my first purchase of chalk paint and also my first purchase of Annie Sloan… I gotta say I love this chalk paint and this is the color I was hoping to get out of it when it dried absolutely 100% perfect color..this is exciting for me.. so now I’m going to purchase the larger can., I was so happy with my purchase that I’m looking at Annie Sloan wall paint too… thanks 😊
