Biltong - 1kg - Super Mixed Selection

If you're looking to become leaner, biltong is a great way to do it. Fifty grams of the stuff contain roughly 125 calories and 26 grams of protein, making it great for snacking! It also tastes great.One thing I would say is to cut it into fairly small bite-size pieces in order to minimise chewing; after a couple of days of snacking on biltong your gums will be in agony if you've had to chew often. You'll be painstakingly picking strands of meat out of your teeth for days.

The product arrived very fast -within a couple of days - and I happily munched my way through the first 250g of the chili version in a day. Very tasty indeed!I did not give the full 5 stars because some bits are quite chewy and actually difficult to bite. I did find a system after a while to solve this (split it in diagonal with your fingers first because once they are in your mouth there is no way one can bite only a piece).Appart from this little inconvenience, I'm really happy with the product. I had been looking for a savoury high protein, law fat snack for my new healthy diet and this certainly is a tasty change! I will re-order.

The "biltong did not taste like or look like proper biltong.The only kind of eatable thing was the dry wors but even that was way to dry!

A good way to try a few types of biltong. Dry Wors wasn't to my liking, but the other 3 were very good and extremely moreish. Great to eat for a protein boost post gym.
