Great supplement for skin, sleep, and recovery

Better sleep, happy knees
I'm at the age when it is doubtful whether I can get enough glycine from my diet. The capsules from Bulk Supplements are easy for me to swallow and have no taste or aftertaste. I take the recommended 3 capsules at bedtime. I started using this supplement about a month ago. According to my smart watch I'm sleeping longer and getting better ratios of deep sleep, light sleep and REM sleep. Subjectively I feel more rested, and I'm less likely to want a nap after lunch. I noticed today that my right knee is not complaining when I go up and down steps. Although boron was helping my knee, glycine seems to have helped my body keep the knee in better repair. Glycine is great for body parts made with collagen, especially when you also take proline. This Bulk Supplements Glycine is a quality product at a reasonable price.

Wow, 2 days in and sleeping better than I have in years! Seems to calm my overactive sympathetic CNS.

Quality product good value better than using a powder to get a higher dose

Acceptable value, despite Inconsistent fill
Good value but inconsistent fill is mildly concerning. Capsule fill has different level of granularity within same bottle and generally weigh 910-990mg but some are only 800mg for a 750mg dose, plus excipients, in a 100mg capsule.
