This shampoo saved my hair. I was loosing what seemed like hand fulls of hair everyday. Hair brush, shower, just running my hand through it. It was frustrating. I got this one and the green box, same maker, and it was a real change. I have been using these bar soaps for the last 6 months or so and I don't think I will get another bottle again. The breakage has slowed down so much my hair is starting to feel fuller and healthier than it has in years. Definitely worth the money. Shampoo lathers up easily and the conditioner leaves my hair and scalp feeling fresh and not oily. I do recommend getting the little shower soap bags to use with them. But seriously I love the bar shampoo and conditioner over the bottles. Great gift ideas for anyone especially if they color or have damaged or breaking, thinning hair.

Update: I’m getting new growth, I’m happy about that. I forgot to mention, when you open the box, it smells wonderful, but once you use the soap, there is no scent at all. I’m disappointed in that, other wise, I think so far it’s doing a great job. I love this product. I have short hair, and I hardly have to rub the product in. I do 2 small circles and message it in, the lather is great. On the conditioner, I think a lot of people don’t understand that you won’t get a a leather like the soap so you just rub it on your hair and then massage it in, leave it on for 3 mins, then you rinse it out after three minutes, you can tell it’s working because your hair is softer, easy comb through and not heavy like store-bought products. It really leaves your hair, soft and tangled free and works great. I will definitely buy it again

I have been wanting to get away from bottled shampoo and conditioner because I don't like storing them and I can't help but feel like I am paying for the cost to ship...water. I've got water at home! lol. Anyway, I've been liking batana oil as well, so I made the jump and got this product. I love the shampoo and have been using it for over a month. It is noticeably used, maybe 1/4 to 1/3 of the way used. Using the shampoo and then a bottled conditioner results in a nice, soft, not frizzy look for me. The conditioner bar is not my favorite. It takes a long time to get enough product to where I feel like my hair is coated. This sucks when I am in a rush, but I like the process when I have more time to slow down and enjoy it. I still def use a serum or leave in conditioner when I get out of the shower if I've used the conditioner bar though. I'd definitely use the shampoo bars again, and the conditioner because it comes with, but I would not buy this set solely for the conditioner. Great value.

Just finishing the first bar of shampoo soon. The conditioner is still thick! I didn't find the conditioner to be as moisturizing as I'd hoped, but it is OK. The shampoo is wonderful though! A little goes a long way! Tons of suds from just a little tiny bit. Bars last me a long time as I don't shampoo daily. Squeaky clean hair like I've not experienced in years. Love it and would recommend it to others. I'm in my 60's, so it works well on gray hair with dry scalp.

Shampoo bars work and lathers up although they leave hair feeling pretty rough. (Nothing like a viori or nole shampoo bar which even after wash hair is relatively soft). Smell does not stay in hair either. Conditioner bar is very hard to use and does not smell great or like the shampoo bar scent or coconut. When I say hard I mean literally hard like a wax puck. It does not transfer to hair well and needs to be rubbed and wet over and over and then hair is not very smooth to brush. The positive is the conditioner leaves the hair sooo soft once you finally get it on!

Smells great upon opening. Yes Keeping the bars dry between uses is essential to keeping the scent and the product to last as long as possible. I began using over a month ago and I can already see a big difference in my hair. Soft, shiny, silky and far less hair loss than with any other shampoo or conditioner I have used. My hair smells nice as well. For the product to last a long time place the shampoo bar and the conditioner bar on a dry washcloth close to where it is being used. Move the bars to the other end of the washcloth after being used and allow them to completely dry on the washcloth. Product after a month is just now showing signs of getting smaller. Definitely will buy again.

I love the lather and cleansing of this rice water shampoo. Smells great out of the box but the scent is much less when used but I do like this product and I'm glad I purchased it.

No suds and no squeak. I think it's a great conditioner but as far as a shampoo, im not at all impressed. Perhaps it does clean hair but my scalp does not feel clean using this bar.
