I do wish these different options came with a grip where the fingers hold the cleaner. current design the hold is not very "gripy". it also comes with a tiny brush like cleaner. but honestly its better to just take the wax off with a tissue paper or something.

Poor quality. Using this will harm your ear canal. The scoop is made of thin metal sheet and using that will damage you ear canal. The handle of this cleaner tool is cylindrical and not flat. so its hard to realize whether teh scoop is facing up or down.
