It was what I expected, it's very dark and very fine.

My son showed me a recipe for a"Black Velvet Cake". When I read the ingredients and saw "black coco" I went searching, and this product was the cheapest. I never heard of a black velvet cake, I was not disappointed. It was so moist. I recommend that you buy it and look up a recipe to use it with.

What is in this!?

I needed this for my child's cake but after trying some from the jar, it tastes very unnatural, nothing at all like chocolate, and I saw it described as charcoal and I would agree. I'm nervous about letting my child consume this. I will be returning.
