I've seen some improvements in my blood sugar levels and digestion. That said, it seems like it works best with consistent use and a healthy diet. I tried skipping a few days but I didn’t feel as good, so be sure to stay regular with it.

I have been taking this product consistently since my blood work showed increased glucose levels and it has decreased that to within normal limits. Easy to take and well tolerated!
