We were tired of throwing out manky plastic brushes every few months and adding to the pollution, so wanted to try a non plastic alternative. Selected this for the natural bristles and low price as a test, but am absolutely hooked. Months later with solid daily use, it may look a bit soggy as the wood stays slightly water logged, and a few bristles have snapped or come adrift, but the remaining bristles are still straight and clean, and it's really great to use. They are gentle enough to use on my non stick saucepans, & stiff enough to shift most caked on food etc, which is a perfect balance. I use the rounded edges of the wooden head to shift hard lumps where appropriate, and have a small wooden natural bristle pot scrubber for really hard things like the cast iron pan. I'll be sticking with this one as a better cleaning brush than any plastic one I've owned, and without the environmental guilt. If only they did replacement heads (as the handle seems suitable for reasonably easy swapping).

Have been looking for an environmentally brush for quite a long time - and one that didn't cost a fortune. It's something for cleaning after all. Found these dinky things. The bristles seem softer than the plastic ones, but that has the benefit of getting around the taps better as well as the other nooks and crannies around the bathroom and kitchen. Not sure how long they will last but the price is reasonable (compared to other environmentally friendly brushes) so I'm not really that bothered about that. As the brushes spend a lot of time around water they will no doubt deteriorate more quickly that plastic, but I'm making the extra effort not to leave them in water for more than necessary and hang them up straight away after use. Nice handle, easy to grip and to use, the whole thing feel very comfortable and actually nice against the skin, very lightweight. I do actually like these and therefore recommend them.

I bought this as it's better for the world than plastic. It has lasted for quite a few months, but as it's wood it absorbs water and does stain. Some sections of bristles have now fallen out too. It doesn't get stubborn stains off, but is good for light washing up duties. Would recommend as long as you don't leave it sitting in water and let it dry out thoroughly between uses, but it won't look as good as it does when it arrives for long.

I was looking for a new washing up utensil that was less plastic. This is ideal, I Iove it. it fits nicely into cups, jugs, scrubs out saucepans and tin cans for recycling. I don't have a dish washer I was fed up with the plastic utensils. This also looks good in my old fashioned Belfast sink. I've been using it for several weeks now and it seems quite robust.

Fantastic dishwashing brush. The one on the right has been in constant use since 22 Oct (bought via amazon prime now) and it's still going strong. I've stocked up on a couple of spare because I love the retro style, the feel, the performance and the recyclable aspect. I just wish they sold just the replacement heads, but they're cheap enough anyway. Already recommended to a friend.

....grip and ideal size for washing dishes, cups and you name it. It falls apart pretty soon tho, the brush bits- understandably- otherwise they'd sell less, like anything in the throwaway society. I believe it's a Dutch brand, a good brand.

Have used sponges my whole life until this brush. Came across it when lodging with some friends and haven’t looked back since. Easy to keep clean, have had no issues with loose bristles or anything and it is safe on my non stick pans and I find it really easy to use even for cups. Haven’t been able to find just the replacement heads but I have a supply of extra brushes ready to use. Sponges need changing every few days or at least once a week but these brushes just keep going and going and they are easy to sanitize and keep clean. I’ll never go back to sponges now. Definitely recommend.

I was searching for sponge alternatives and stumbled upon this. It is brilliant but the bristles do not really get everything off the plates I wash and they are already starting to brand off sideways or fall out so I cannot give this a five star durability rating. It is an excellent product which saves you money because you dont have to keep buying sponges and it saves the planet because you're not constantly throwing away sponges and plastic.

Este cepillo está hecho de los mismo materiales que otras marcas más conocidas pero a mejor precio. Al principio el cepillo parece duro, pero una vez que se moja no ralla y limpia muy bien, los alimentos muy pegados no los quita con facilidad pero si insistes o lo dejas un poco en remojo al final todo sale. Lo recomiendo.
