Good for tile floor
Great for tile floors - metal balls will leave a mark, but these are smooth and silent on tile. Measurements and description are accurate.

Good one for reasonable load
Little expensive but good once, capable of taking load, right size for sofa or table, but I used in air cooler, as original plastic wheels broke

Poor Quality plastic and metal screws
Quality of both the plastic wheels and the screws is POOR. THE PLASTIC WHEELS CRACKED AT THE PLACE OF HOLES DURING SCREWING. THE SCREWS ARE MADE OF ULTRA SOFT MATERIALS AND ALL THE HEADS BROKE OR LOST THEIR GROOVES EVEN BEFORE WE COULD SCREW THEM. DONT WASTE MONET ON THIS FLIMSY ITEM. REALLY POOR QUALITY.

Practical and absolute necessity for most homes
Looks durable and excellent finish and fit. Will see how durable it is over time, but for the price it's a steal and not much of a risk. Installing in the base of heavy furniture is a great idea as it is not visible and doesn't affect aesthetics and yet is useful for periodic cleaning under and behind the furniture

It's not properly fitted
Liked the fiber ball's but it's disappointing to see the fitting, size of fiber ball or it's housing not matching, ball goes deep inside when fitted, didn't return just because it has fiber ball's. It has to necessarily fitted with screws or the entire assembly opens out. Dual adhesive tape can't hold it. One has to otherwise will have to collect bearing ball's offen. It is difficult to predict future of the product. How long it remains functional, it looks smother now with screw fitting but very little part of ball's remains out. Ease of installation is a difinite issue, specially thouse who thinks just to put with given dual adhesive tape. Surface on back is 3mm up can't do it or aspect to remain at its position.
