I wanted to update to five stars, customer service responded quickly. We’re still having some issues with the hand shower, hopefully we can get it remedied. The piece coming out of the wall is too short, I ordered a longer piece to see if it will fix the problem. I finally got this installed in September it’s been great until the hand shower completely fell apart. The threads for connection to the plumbing are actually glued in and not machined into the metal the hand shower fell out of the wall also causing a leak behind the wall of my NEWLY remodeled bathroom. I’m so very disappointed!

When You Installing this Beautiful Shower System make sure you ask your plumber to Change to Wider Pipes! Other wise you will not get enough water pressure for your entire system. Because when you turn on all system at the same time it should have enough pressure for each element. My plumber did change the pipes and it works well! It gets enough pressure for each element. It easy to turn on, just press the button you want. The left button is for the sprayers, the middle one is for the shower, and the right one is for the extended shower. The main shower head is adjustable, make sure you ask your plumber to place at the right height! And the sprayers you can install all 4 on one side or you can install 2 on one side and 2 on another side. Good quality shower. Easy to clean! Just wipe with a cloth after each shower. Made out of metal, looks strong and durable. One one thing is hard to install. So you have to get the good plumber to do that right.

This is the best shower experience I've had. I love the push button valves with the ability to easily switch between rainfall shower head, body jets or hand wand or use any combination of the three simultaneously. The rainfall shower head water flow is fantastic, not just a sprinkle but a downpour. No matter how great the system is, the thing that most impressed me is the customer service. After installing the shower system, I discovered the body jets would not turn off using the press button valve. I removed the valve, checked for obstruction but found none. I contacted Bostingner customer service, explained the problem. They responded to me within hours to inform me they were shipping a replacement valve and then the next day, informed me they would send 3 replacement valves so I would have spares in the event any of the other three developed a problem. Top notch and beyond my expectations. The replacement valve soon arrived, and it works perfectly. Whenever I move, I'll install this same system in my new home. Love it!

Initially the shower worked great and we loved the pressure, design and ease of use for the this system. However, not even 2 years into using the system the push button cartridges that turns off the jets and shower handle no longer work and need to be replaced. The water was leaking out of both places for a week or more waiting for parts and getting the plumber here to replace them. The customer service by Bostingner was great when the jets started leaking and sent a replacement part right away but it took about 8 days to get to our house. I thought since this thing has started leaking this much in just over a year, I ordered extra parts at $10.00 a cartridge from their website. Thank goodness I did because while waiting for the part the shower handle started leaking as well. Now some of this might be a result of water in our city is typically hard and it might have difficulty standing up to those conditions but I was disappointed in the quality of the product and thought it would last much longer. If you have hard water or well water it might not be worth saving the money on this system just to have a plumber come and charge $100s to fix it every other year.

Loved this set which included six wall jets and handheld as well as the 12” shower head. However after one year, the shower head sprung a leak on the corner. It is still under warranty and I have contacted Bostingner directly for a replacement head. Good company.
