I always had a hard time finding a protein shake I liked simply just because I’m picky and hate the taste of shakes that are overpowering with the protein taste (iykyk). However with these I had no issues with that protein taste, they’re all great but I personally love the Strawberry and Vanilla more over the chocolate, the strawberry is like strawberry milk and the vanilla is like drinking melted ice cream no joke. I’m also attempting to gain weight right now and have a small appetite to begin with, so these definitely help me make it easier to get calories and protein in for the day, although I would say do not rely on them solely for that purpose ofc you still have to eat meals but this helps if you have a smaller appetite like I do. One thing I will mention that I personally experience is if I drink them too fast without having breakfast (I usually have my shake in the morning) I tend to get nauseous, drink it with a small meal or after you’ve already had a meal in the day! All else aside, I will be continuing to purchase.

I’ve tried several brands and flavors. This is the preferred one. Mother likes all 3 flavors and the texture of this shake. Good balance of nutrition and the calories help her maintain her weight. We add to her coffee to sneak in extra calories.

Worked great. Grandma liked the taste. It really helped keep her weight stable with alzheimers.

Good for weight gain. Just keep them refrigerated. Good taste too. Would buy some more and recommend them too

My Dad has lost a lot of weight. His COPD causes him to have difficulty breathing after eating a whole meal. It’s more difficult for his lungs to expand when his stomach is full. These shakes pack a lot of calories in a relatively small volume. He likes the taste and texture, and is able to drink at least two shakes a day. He has not been weighed since starting the shakes, but he does look a lot healthier. It will be interesting to see how much weight he has gained when he goes to his next doctor’s appointment. Two reasons for only four stars is: The fact that the high amount of calorie comes from vegetables oil! The price, which may not be realistically possible for everyone. But if it helps us to keep our Dad around a lot longer it’s well worth it. Seniors who are underweight have a more difficult time recovering from illnesses because they have less reserves, and those with underlying health conditions face an even higher risk. With the prevalence of so many contagious diseases, such as Covid, I want my Dad to have a fighting chance, and that is why I recommended this product to him, and to anyone else who needs to gain weight.
