I am 5'11" and weigh 210 lbs, with relatively thin legs and arms ... 85% of my problem fat is isolated in my torso! I wear a 42DDD bra and purchased this item in size XL to control my sagging belly!I typically wear Size 12 Calvin Klein sheath dress ... and Size 12 or 14 tall pants.Unlike other firmware that I have, this item went on relatively easily and provided strong tummy support without cutting into my thighs or squishing my fanny (which already does little to recommend me)!The bonus is that it also offers firm back support via two ribs, which prevent the garment from rolling down when seated. I don't have a lot of back fat, so there were zero issues for me in that regard.There are also two ribs in front, which hold this garment beautifully in place, seated or standing! And the front compression area really got my tummy under control without even the slightest hint of "muffin top." ZERO!As soon as I finished this review, I had intended to order another in black and two in beige. However, if I lose 10-15lbs as planned, I will likely need only a large, so I am going to wait to purchase additional items, in a few weeks.Mark me "VERY SATISFIED" with my purchase!!!

I have worn multiple different brands of Shape wear in my lifetime. Many styles and forms. Most, if not all…. Are terrible. They either roll down, which is pretty notorious for shape wear. Or they shred apart or they are terribly uncomfortable, trying to stab you as you move. And some of them barely give you any shape.So let me begin with context, I got home from work to find amazon packages waiting for me. This particular item comes very compressed in an air tight package. So I get into it and I tried it on. Then tried on the dresses and such that I wanted to wear it with. To make sure it works for me or if I need to figure out something else. And as I was trying on dresses, I kind of forgot I was wearing shape wear. Didn’t roll down at all, it’s slid down a little on my back area as I was bending over, but I suspect that that is something that is unavoidable. Overall so comfortable I forgot I was wearing it.Bit of a con is that you Can see underwear lines, if you wear underwear under it. But to honest, I was wearing unflattering oversized thick underwear at the time….. But if I wear the right underwear underneath it. Which I do (it’s a comfort thing for me.) I am pretty sure I would not see any lines.In addition; I will say that I put this one on, and though it didn’t compress me completely like a boa constrictor. It did have a solid amount of compression through out. I would have liked more compression in the stomach area, but It is actually very comfortable and does the job as shape wear.

A well-made shapewear short provides firm yet comfortable compression, smoothing and shaping without feeling restrictive. The material is breathable and stay in place throughout the day. A great option for enhancing curves and creating a seamless look under clothing. Highly recommend.

I generally DETEST wearing any type of Shapeware because they are always uncomfortable. My daughter initially bought these and suggested I buy a pair and try them for myself. I’ve worn them several times thus far and they have worked really well. Of course I can still tell I’m wearing Shapeware, however they don’t dig into me as other Shapeware has. They have also stayed in place and have held their shape. I would definitely suggest giving them a try. They are snug when you put them on, but that’s how Shapeware works. I believe they did help my outfits look better on me.

The bone in the shorts typically poke your skin and causes indentation marks. The legs also roll up so anytime I stand up. I am constantly pulling down the shorts.

The material is perfect doesnt make you sweat! It pulls you in just the right way! It does not roll down ladies okay. Definitely true to size and fits snug. Go down a size if you prefer more compression. The stretchiness is good even after several washes! You cant tell its under your clothes as it smooths you out!
