I'm very glad to have discovered these nasal filters. I have suffered with hay fever for many years and do not get on well with antihistamines. They definitely work and greatly minimise my symptoms. I find that I am self conscious wearing them and explain to most people what it is. However, sacrificing my appearance for the sake of being able to be outside seems worth it. They aren't noticeable from far away, only when someone is talking to you fairly close. I find that the smallest size is the most comfortable and the least noticeable, however there is a small amount of space at the base of my nose where pollen proabably gets in, however it doesn't seem to affect me greatly. The next size up definitely blocks the nose properly, however I feel more aware of it being there and it pushes my nostrils out quite a bit more and after a while, becomes uncomfortable. However I will probably mix between the 2 sizes. After a while of wearing them I do feel that my nostrils become dry, which wears off after I take them out. Also, I find it harder to breath through my nose, although I try to breathe in through my nose and out through my mouth, my mouth does become dry. However, even with all that I have mentioned before, I do feel that they have and will dramatically improve my quality of life over the hay fever season. I would recommend them highly. At least I'm not completely dreading going outside now!

Has helped subdue my hayfever immensely. I have used almost every drug, spray, filter, remedy on the market and none have come close to the benefit this product brings. People really have to be up close to notice it (within 2 feet) and its better than having to constantly blow your nose. Make sure you have it in all the time, including sleep, just take it out for showers / cleaning. My only gripe is that the piece that goes under the septum of the nose is prone to snapping and most of mine do not last more than 2 months. Although this is a small price to pay for a summer where you can sit in the garden. Just don't go mental and expect to be sniffing flowers without symptoms. - Best hayfever product on the market

Surprisingly good little device, certainly the best on the market today but far from the device I expected. I really hope that the main focal point of future development will be drastic airflow improvement. I could improve airflow even by pointing my finger in front of the filter but after hours of wearing this particular edition, I was struggling with breathing (being a perfectly healthy individual). I'll definitely move onto the ultra breathable edition but since I'm having air purifier with carbon filter (I love it) I really want to use the gas and pollutant reducing edition. This unfortunately impossible at this stage of the development due to very poor airflow. I wish the very best for the guys developing this device, it's an absolute must for me in the future and I'll definitely keep a close eye on future developments and the next generation devices!

I live with an allergy to dust-mites, which causes me to wake up every morning with a severe headache. This product has helped me tremendously. The silicone frame lasts a long time, and using the device only at night, and one pair of replaceable filters lasts me about 5 nights. I ordered the trial set for slot-shaped nostrils, and found the medium size best (II-S). I then purchased a pack of 6 silicone frames of that size and a packet of filter refills. You have to make sure you select a size which is a fairly tight fit so that air doesn't get in around the edge. I find it comfortable enough not to affect my sleep at all. I've looked at the competition, and this appears to be the best option out there.

The pros: they're very stylish and subtle. Indeed keeps the pollen away, it does what it says. The cons: you need to be actively breathing as the filter makes it very hard to breathe normally. Like heaving a blocked nose. I ended up breathing through my mouth and getting a sore throat. Unable to ask for refund

Cannot recommend these enough. My child has a serious hayfever and suffers terribly at school etc and nosebleeds at night. I hate giving children antihistamines. Now life is completely different. Playing outside and joining in! So good that the teachers noticed such a difference they are even buying them for fellow sufferers! Make sure to fit filter correctly...read instructions! I've also used the acupuncture arm band too..this is also amazing. Anyone who is or knows a bad sufferer will know what a blessing these are...without any use of drugs! My child said '..its like breathing the best air ever!' note for parents..make sure they have a completely clean nose before placing the woody nose..as it makes it so much more effective. My 9 year old can easily use these by themselves.

If you have hay fever or a postnasal drip, forget about using these. You have to pull them out of your nose every time you sneeze. Honestly could not make them work, although I tried several times. Also very finicky to set up. Not for me. What works - which is so simple - is just to line the entrance to the nose with castor oil - inside and out :) People also can use vaseline, I'm just an organic fundi!

Ottimo prodotto. Con le 3 misure si può scegliere quale modello ordinare successivamente. I filtri fanno un gran lavoro. Usati sul lavoro mi hanno permesso di tenere il naso pulito. La mascherina non avrei potuto tenerla lungo. Ottima alternativa alla mascherina.

La taille S trop petite et le filtre est obstrué

Soy alérgico y además tengo mascota. Lo sé, incongruencias. Pero el caso es que de todos los filtros y mascarillas que he probado, estos son los que más me convencen. No son filtros nasales para hacer deporte, sobre todo en invierno, puesto que, aunque se sujetan a la perfección y una vez puestos es difícil que se muevan, cualquier mucosidad queda taponada, con el consiguiente trabajo de tener que estar lavándolos o enjuagándolos todos los días. Son cómodos, yo los uso en casa y los llevo puestos todo el día. Al entregar tres tamaños, te aseguras que te ajusta alguno de ellos y al venir un par de filtros de repuesto, tienes duración. Lo único, encontrar los filtros sueltos sin tener que volver a comprar todo el pack, que en Amazon aún no los he encontrado.
