In the 1970's we had less choice of mascaras, however, they all delivered. Now in the 2020's we have a glut of mascaras, practically every one of them does not deliver. They are not worth the money we spend on them. They promise but don't deliver. HOWEVER, this mascaras DOES DELIVER. I now actually have long lashes that are pronounced.. they stand out..it's a miracle!! Out of the eight mascaras I purchased in a 12 months period, this is the only one that actually works. I have blonde eyelashes which are the bane of my life. However, I can live with them now I have found an efficient mascaras that coats each lash on the first coat. Applying a second coat of this mascara is such a pleasure . My blonde long eyelashes now look amazing. I'm 73 years of age, and all the hype about eyelashes becoming weaker as one age had got to me. I now know that's another negative marketing trick for some of us to panic over and in desperation hand over large amounts of money for mascaras that promise but still do not deliver. Ladies, buy this mascara, if they don't change the recipe- you will be a very happy bunny blessed with the eyelashes you had in your younger days.

Worst mascara ever,instantly crumbled down face. Clumpy and didn't do a thing for my eyes. Don't know if faulty one.

After reading lots of reviews most negative.. amongst them a few positive, at offer price (less than a fiver) decided to take a chance. Glad I did.. only complaint is lack of seal, store bought don't always have one so wasn't an issue for me. Doesn't look "used" or dried up.. plenty in tube which is bigger, than most mascaras. Yes liquid is thick but with "sparse" lashes like mine, you need that consistency. Usually buy waterproof but aging skin round my eyes is now very sensitive.. eye makeup remover is too harsh, this comes off easily with a face wipe. Actual brush is slightly chunky.. not overly like others purchased in the past, no issue even with my short lashes. One coat is plenty otherwise you will get the "clogged + clumpy" result. Had it on for 9hrs without "panda eyes" looked the same as when applied, satisfied with lengthening ability and staying power. Far better than usual more expensive choice of waterproof lengthening mascara, would chance it again when it's on offer. Impressive : )

This easily compares to Charlotte Tilbury which is my usual go to for a night out.

Bought this when it was on offer for £4 after been influenced by all the raving reviews on it. First impressions were it was a good brush, coated all my lashes easily and seemed to give that good lift. That’s where all the good points end for this product unfortunately. It had smudged and I was rocking some serious panda eyes within an hour of putting this on. Wasn’t even doing anything strenuous! Would hate to see the state if I was doing anything remotely active. So yeah, probably wouldn’t recommend unless you are looking for that dark/smudged eye look
