Inov-8 Women's F-Lite 240 P Cross-Training Shoe

These shoes were a surprise! I had never heard of Inov-8 before I came across these on Amazon and read other reviews. I caught a sale and snapped them up to give them a try. I had started cross-training several months ago at a gym and my current "running" and "athletic" shoes just weren't cutting it. These shoes are very low to the ground and don't have a lot of cushion but are surprisingly comfortable! They provide the perfect amount of stability and are very light weight! I LOVE the fun colors they come in. I will be purchasing these again with my current pair wears out.

i really really loved this show for 2 months, finally found a pair that doesn't feel bulky on my feet. I work out every day but don't do any high mileage running, its mainly lifting and calisthenic-type working out, but 3 months in --there are holes in the front and my toe is about to come through-- very upset with this shoe.

I love my Inov-8 F-Lite P Cross Training shoes because I have a AA narrow foot and there is no other Cross Fit shoe that fits me. All brands are too wide for me and this is narrow enough. My shoe size is 8 and a half, but in this inov-8 I get size 8. I have 7 pairs and love them for my WOD's and just hanging out. I basically live in them.

This is the first time I buy this brand and I love them. I use them for cross training and bootcamp and they are super light and comfortable.

They are nice shoes but feel a bit wide making them also feel a bit to big. The description says they are also good for running but I feel like theres not enough conditioning for that, I usually switch to my running shoes even for short runs. They are great for weight training keep your feel balanced & sturdy.

I really like these shoes. I was using Zoots for crossfit and began to wonder if I needed to change to crosstraining shoes. What a difference! These shoes have a sturdy but cushioned sole for running, rubber & tough outer for rope-climing, and flat sole for lifting. I recommend these shoes. These were on sale when I bought them. Note: I do not like buying a lot of shoes for different activities so I really wanted something I could use for multiple activities.

I own the exact same shoe (brand and style) and adore them but this new pair is off. They are almost a whole 1cm longer than my other pair (same size, euro 40) and the footbeds of the right and left shoe are not even. Normally, I love Inov-8 for crossfit. They are narrow with enough toe space and not too cushy so you can lift, WOD and run in them. These are just not up to my standard of Inov-8.

I love these shoes! They are perfect for general crossfit workouts, but I'd even wear them as everyday sneakers too! I tend to have difficulty finding sneakers that don't cause pain becasue my i have a bad bunion on my left foot. Traditional sneakers cause shooting pain that travels up to my ankles after a short time because of how rigid they are right in that area of my bunion. These are super flexible along the sides and I have no pain at all in my feet!
