Perfect fit and my husband said it was so soft and comfortable great but for a shirt

I ordered two of these quite expensive shirts from amazon.co.uk but they took several months to arrive. So I think they had to be sourced from somewhere abroad. Once they finally arrived I found them incredibly well-packaged, in the old fashioned way, with pins and bits of plastic and cardboard all over the place. Once I removed all of these bits and pieces I found the shirt seriously creased. Fair enough. So I gave it a gentle washing and then hung it up to dry. The creases however remained! So then I popped it into the washing machine and gave it a gentle wash, hoping that that might disperse the creases. But no. The creases remained. I'm afraid I'm going to have to try to iron them out. I'm including with this review a photo of one of the sleeves of one of the shirts on my ironing-board after it has had two washes. With a steam iron the creases have now been ironed out. Now it will be interesting to see if there are creases after further washes, or whether these shirts prove not to be wash, dry, and wear. As for the shirt itself it is very finely stitched and the amount of fabric involved is generous. On one of the shirts however there was some loose tagging In a line of stitching which ought to have been removed appropriately before leaving the factory. I am fearful of trimming that cotton off in case it causes the stitching to run. The fabric is not thick and hard wearing. It is probably ideal for a hot climate. It is fairly thin and has somewhat silk-like sheen to it at this stage. It's a blend of cotton and polyester. I think that if the shirt has been ironed, or if it succeeds in drying without creases being left in it, then this shirt should look quite smart when worn. I may update this review after a few months of wearing and washing these shirts.

Great quality and colour. Bought for my 89yo dad as a Xmas pressie and he loves it. Have since bought another 4 colours. True to size and fast delivery.

Should have realised it would feel like polyester

The number of compliments I've had while wearing this shirt I've lost count! It looks like it cost 10 times more than it did. The buttons in particular look very expensive. It fits to size. I can highly recommend this product.
