The battery drains fast because of the laptop high performance
It just overheats you need a cooling pad but it have cool specs and I can play fort on 144 fps

THE LAPTOP WAS USED!! Not New
I bought this laptop as a gift to my cousin who is just entering university abroad, in yemen. Being sure it was a new laptop, with its new packaging and sealed box, I sent it to him. When he opened it, he found tons of pictures, videos and personal documents of an indian guy with his family, most probably the previous owner. I askee him to check the usage, and it showed that before he unpackeged it, the laptop was used for 120 hours (5 days). Also, it was malfunctioning and had a charging issue where the battery drains so fast and it cannot be charged at all, he was only able to use it while it is plugged in. Most probably, that is why the previous owner returned it. Sending a laptop back from yemen turned out to be very hard as it will not pass customs in UAE easily, most travelers refuse to take it as it will take them 12 hours to pass through customs.

Great laptop
The overall experience is great good quality for the body material and screen quality But the laptop has one issue that's it's comes with 170w charger that's not enough for the specs so on heavy gaming even if the laptop connected to The charger it will start to losse battery instead of charging it so the solution was to buy new 230w charger other than this it's perfect
