Why I have to pay a delivery if I have prime?

We are a 3rd Party Seller and we do not use Amazon Prime logistics for delivery. This is the reason for the cost of delivery.

Is there adult sizes for this jersey. I am not seeing adult sizes, the largest size listed is 14-16
