Works better than any lidocaine product - patch, cream, or roll on... 4 or 5% - that I've ever used. I have a bulging disc at S1... the inflammation causes pain and fatigue. The relief from the pain In getting with this product is bonkers considering the therapy, anti inflammatory drugs, muscle relaxers, etc., and it costs less than $5!It is odorless and lightweight. At first, relief was about 4 hours. Now (2 weeks of daily use) it lasts about 12 hours.I do have a big gripe about the safety cap. I wasn't expecting that and it's sometimes difficult to take off or replace. Still worth the effort!Buy two... one for you and one for a friend!

I’ve been using this to ease the pain from the corn on the bottom of my foot and I can’t recommend it enough! It glides on smoothly and I can feel it working within minutes. It relieves the pain a lot so I’m able to walk more comfortably.

I have been using this in combination with pain medication after a knee replacement. It helps me especially at bedtime to get to sleep. I apply it all over on the knee, and above and below and then rub it in really good with my hands. Within a couple of minutes my knee is painless. It takes time. to dry and does stay a little tacky after it does. But it doesn't come off or stain anything. I use it at most twice a day and really helps. There is no skin irritation and it lasts me about 4 hours.

Very helpful to my knee and low back. No cooling effect no smell. Sometimes it does a full numbing effect it’s great. No messy hands or burning sensation.

The product works well and gives the relief I was looking for with no medicine smell. The roller ball works well and doesn’t apply excessive product. It gets only 3 stars because of the bottle cap. You will have to fight to get the top off and it’s going to hurt. I purchased this for my knee but almost lost an arm to the fight. I will likely not purchase again for this reason.

It is the same 4% Lidocaine and works just fine. Can't see any sense paying the high dollar price of a "name" Brand when this works just as well, I personally see no difference in what i was paying twice as much for, before getting this one. going to order more.
