I usually keep it on only 15 minutes because I don't want it to get too dark, especially if I am using the Mahogany color, which is also very good, and I have tried many other natural henna brands. This is the best one. Initially, the color fades slightly with the first few washes, but then it stabilizes and stays very well until the roots start showing again. The color stays so well that I only have to touch up the roots and not dye ALL my hair every time, which is great since I have long hair. The packaging is great for those who travel a lot because you can just take the amount that you will use, and not have to transport an already opened, half-used bag of powder which would be a disaster in the suitcase. I also love that I don't have to wait after mixing the dye. Overall I think this is the best pick for busy women who want good results in a shorter amount of time. Review: PPD chemical is used - I ordered 2 packs of this and waited extra long than expected date. Now I find out there is harmful chemicals used like paraphenilenediamine (PPD). And you don’t see it in the page anywhere. Now unfortunately I will trow all. You have to mention what is in it.
