The Freezer was delivered to me on 7 July and we were informed by the delivery persons that someone would come to install it. We waited 3 days and the started calling their helpline numbers. The phones would ring without being answered. Afrer many calls over three/four days a lady answered and expressed surprise that we had trouble getting any response. It took three more calls to finalise the date of installation & to get someone who opened the package & install the machine. He gave brief instructions about the temperature setting. So far, the machine has been cooling satisfactorily except that a fair amount of ice collects around the storage drawers and has to be removed manually, This is not a 'Frost-free" model & we hope this ice will get noticeably less after the monsoon is over & humidity is lower.

Ive been looking for a vertical freezer for years now and recently found the Rockwell vertical freezer for my kitchen, and it has been a fantastic upgrade! Got the delivery with dents on the door and sides. Tried calling Frye company personal but no response and for installation also no response. Very poor customer support from the company. Also dents on the door and side of the unit

I was sent the wrong model and did not get any response from Amazon team but I really appreciate the effort the rockwell team took the initiative and replaced the freezer , very efficient and good ,great freezer too

I had problem with the compressor on this. The company call center is non responsive. After a long waiting period the company got the compressor replaced.
