Dragon Shield Card Binder – Sanctuary Slipcase: Black – Card Games - Compatible with Pokemon, Yugioh, Magic The Gathering, MTG TCG OCG & Hockey Cards

The binder is well constructed and beautiful. I have purchased 9 of these Dragon Shield slipcase binders over the years in various versions and they have all held together well and are a convenient storage option, easy to pull down off a shelf while holding the place with the slipcase. As others have noted the Dragon Shield 18 pocket side-loading binder pages tend to stick as the binder rings put pressure on the top and bottom of the page holes. However, I think this is a problem with the binder pages and not the binder. I also have quite a few of old UltraPro top-loading binder pages, and they all fit without a problem. And the Dragon Shield binder pages also tend to stick on generic D ring binders. I prefer the side-loaders, so I may purchase another brand side-loaders and see how they fit. So purchase the binder and not the binder pages from Dragon Shield. You would think Dragon Shield would cross-test their products with each other.

I love these binders so much. They are extremely sturdy and have a really nice feel to them.

beautiful display, if it doesnt get damaged during shipping. Construction is flimsy. This feels expensive for a short term pretty looking solution, rather than longterm protective storage. Fashion over Function. I have both the Fortress Card Drawers and Binder Box Set. Less than a month of very light use, and already seeing cracking of artwork skin at the corners. With such heavy material movement of trading cards, its sure to fall apart in less than a year of normal wear&tear. Dont even want to begin thinking about what summer heat might do. Binder Rings have weak teeth lock, snags your page sleeves. theres a removable binder ring lock included, which is useful, but the D ring would bend and slip open everytime i shift the ring lock open/close. Im already 5xBinder and 2xCardFortress bought in, and likely getting 1 more of each bc i want things to match, but Im hoping to find a better solution.

I really wanted these to perform well. The slipcase works great and the binder is beautiful. BUT the D-Ring constantly snags pages as you flip through them. I am using dragon shield pages as well. It seems the D-Rings are improperly spaced and it causes them to put pressure on the top and bottom of the page holes. Four of these were purchased and all of them do the exact same thing. I do not mind paying a premium for quality and the pricing would be fair if the D-Rings performed. Maybe dragon shield will correct their design in the future. Or maybe they can sell the slipcase by itself.

I received the product with damage on the top edges. This is the fifth time I’ve ordered this item, and none of the previous ones were delivered in this condition.

I love Dragon Shield products, but this one was disappointing. I used the Dragon Shield card pages in the binder, which constantly got caught on the rings and started to rip. I even returned the first binder I got and tried a replacement to see if it was a fluke, but had the same experience. :(

I like how these slipcase binders arentye same dimensions as the fortress drawers. I used.mine with 50 dragonshield pages abd have all dpublensleeves rares with no issues storing it all. Easy to organize shelf space to hold my collection.

It is a very nice product and feels sturdy. But it came broken with several dents in the corners. I also believed that it would've come with a few card sleeves
