Bad quality product
I dislike the product. It has very bad quality. Even if charging is 100% only one earbud is working. Very very bad quality product. I m very disapponted about amazons product. Even the sound quality is very bad. I have just wasted my money in buying this product.

Horrible Experiences
Very Unsatisfied. Received a refurbished earbuds. And they charged me the money of a new product. Box Seal was broken.Most importantly, the earbuds is not functioning properly. Sound is cutting in & out when playing music & people can't hear me when I call someone & speak via the earbuds.😠😠😠😠😠That also I received the product few days late at the time against my will.Never experienced this in the past 8 Years I'm using Amazon to do online shopping.

Neither too good nor too bad - okay for the price - too loud
I got the product delivered on 11-Aug-2024.The earbuds looked decent on the build quality.Overall, It is neither too good nor too bad, but okay for the price paid.The sound is too loud and I usually keep the volume at 30%-40%. This is enough for a decent experience, IMO. Anything more than that, I feel it is too loud and possibly can cause damage to the ear.This needs to be tuned and the design team should definitely look into this.

Very slippery
It is very hard to hold it in ears as it is slippery. Also when try to push it back to ears, it either disconnects the call or change the video. It should wait for a bit before executing command. This makes is very unreliable to use for office works.
