Healthy cuttings, rooted quick and great value
The cuttings spent two- three days water, they quickly developed roots and we're ready for the pot. I ordered 5 and got 10!! This was amazing because it allowed me to test 5 different substrates with 2 controls for each. Two weeks in and what I've learned so far is they love all the substrates and you really have to work to mess them up. I've ordered more from CZ Grain both cuttings and seeds, watched all their videos (so helpful), and I'll continue to order from this U.S. based farm every chance I can. Great value and products, evident pride and Love in all they do... all the thumbs up.

FAILURE 2X'S WON'T DO AGAIN , ALL 12 CUTTINGS GONE ! ! ! ?
VERY DISSAPOINTED AS THIS IS THE 2ND BATCH I BOUGHT IN 4 WEEKS BOTH BATCHES OF CUTTINGS DIED AND I FOLLOWED THE SELLERS INSTRUCTIONS TO THE LETTER. NOT BUYING THERE AGAIN . SOMETHING MUST BE MISSING IN THEIR INSTRUCTIONS. PUT THEM IN 2-3 INCHES OF WATER , WHEN ROOTS ARE ABOUT 2 INCHES LONG PUT THEM IN LOOSE QUALITY SOIL AND KEEP WET. ALL DIED. ALSO REACHED OUT TO SELLER 2X'S BUT NEVER CONTACTED ME. I DON'T WANT MONEY BACK JUST ENLIGHTEN ME ON WHAT I'M NOT DOING TO MAKE THEM LIVE.

Try number two
Not sure if it was the same seller as the first group I got. The first group had 3 green weeping willows and after planting all five outside, I think the deer at them, this time I am going to get them a few feet high in the house first. The curly willow had leaves and new growth upon recept and all the sticks has some rooting started. I am going to make sure that these make it this time. I am very pleased with the packing, the porduct and the instructions. I'm a senior citizen who grew up in a house with a willow tree, so I am not leaving this earth without leaving one behind. Very pleased. A+

Great Willow cuttings

1 out of 6 might survive
Edit: the last one shriveled and dies 3 days after I posted the original review. I had them all in organic potting soil. Shade all day with late afternoon sun for less than 2 hrs. I received 6 cuttings, but only 1 out of the six looks like is going to survive. The other 5 started turning black and the little sprouting it had while in the water, all died.

Easy to grow
After 13 days of planting them, 4 out of 6 cuttings sprouted some leaves. Just placed them in a small plastic pots and made sure the soil fast draining and is moist all the time. Didn’t put any fertilizers.

Extremely poor success rate after following the directions to the letter
Of the 6 cuttings sent, only 1 sprouted roots. When that was planted without any soil additives, per the directions, it died within 2 days. Don't waste your money.
